i read on here its a hard wax? does this mean it needs to be applied any different? needs a pc or can ti still be done by hand?

You can apply colli no problems by hand, get a nice applicator like the meg's ones or a german applicator pad and just spread it on like normal

Apply mine with Meguiars foam applicator & buff off with micro fibre cloth.

Easiest wax I've ever had to apply.

As with all wax's the thinner you can apply it the better as you can then layer it

It's easy enough to apply, but unlike liquid waxes will last ages and ages.

the last time i applied it i did a thick coat followed by a thin coat. dont use the pads i use a very soft non scratch cloth and fold it up to make a pad with that, then i can keep turning it inside out when the wax gets a bit crap on it.
