Loud Engine Noise and Vibration at 65mph

I have a Fabia 1.4 Comfort MPI (the old Skoda unit) on a Y plate (65,000 miles)

I have recently had it MOT'ed and since then (it seems) the car has been somewhat noisier than it was when I bought it 6 months ago. At 65mph on the dot (in 5th) the noise becomes significantly worse and there is vibration through the clutch pedal.

I have considered it maybe a wheel bearing, but the noise coming at a relatively high speed seems not to be consistent with this problem.

As a note, the passenger side front wheel is the spare, although it was a brand new spare and a decent(ish) tyre. I dont know if this has any effect.

Anyone got any ideas?
