I am just looking for some feedback on the Forge FMIC.

do people find that they loose any performance coz of its size?

is it a good one to go for?

My car has only had a remap and it has a CAI on it. seems good so far but just wondered if putting this on will be a good thing to do even though I am not going to get a bigger turbo put on. (not for a while.)

I don't know a MASSIVE amount about the performance differents in them but I'd imagine putting one on now could be a bit overkill?

Also the cost is pretty high. You could spend the money on a sports cat / cat back exhaust and get more "gains" so to speak.

Yes as above if you have not yet do the exhaust then spend the money on that

I have one fitted to my car.

As mentioned above go for turbo back exhaust as you will see more of a gain than going for the FMIC,then you can go for FMIC when funds are available.

I didn't notice any performance loss when i fitted mine and it pulls a lot more and mine is on standard map.

Agree with above,do the exhaust first but when you do go for an intercooler then the forge one is a very nice bit of kit and as for power loss due to the intercooler size,then can't say i've noticed any on mine
