Has it got any better yet?

Answer to that is no its no better.Fuel consumption has gone right down again.I have put £30 fuel in and just done 120 miles:eek: What a piece of junk the PD is.Now i got clutch slip because i have to floor it everywhere to make it move. The turbo is spooling like normal but this heap don,t move to go with it,just makes loads of noise and vibrations.Only 42000 miles on clock and its totally f*cked!! Everytime it goes to Meadens everything is "normal" and no fault codes. Its been completely diagnostic checked for absolutely everything now.So i have given it back to them for the 7th time now and have told them that i don,t want it back until its in perfect running order like it was 12000 miles ago.

Side note: THANKYOU WESTOVER SKODA FOR TOTALLY F*CKING UP MY CAR ON A SIMPLE 30000 SERVICE.yOU ARE ALL COWBOYS THERE AND SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN !!!!!!!!!!:finger:

Not good. It sounds like something is semi-seized - in the drivetrain somewhere or the brakes - but you'd probably have smoke coming from somewhere in that case! Really is a most peculiar.

I'm sort of heading to similar conclusions. Well that or the clutch is slipping, but I think the OP would diagnose that correctly for themself.

Agreed Ken it does slip but on occasions.Maybe because i have to launch start to get moving otherwise its a very slow build up of speed.Just have to see what happens at dealers. They are good there and i feel sorry for them as they are trying to rectify another dealers f*ck up.
