Featured Replies

2006 for the 4x4 , Ah well, will be worth waiting for Im sure, especially if its a 2.5 Diesel

i like the back of this car but i'm still not over keen on the front, it doesnt look anywhere near as aggresive as the current vRS, but then i would say that :D

200bhp 2ltr fsi sounds interesting though, but then didnt we already know that !? anyone would think Skoda get their ideas from owners websites ;)

These pictures have been on the Skoda site for ages - belong to a mere spoiler kit, if you ask me. So what scoop is that?

This is what it says on the site:

"An elegant spoiler for the rear bumper - For

bobbins then !

The nice people at Skoda UK sent me a brochure for the new Octavia last week, they also included an accessories brochure which shows those very same pictures. Under accessory number 11 it says:

'Body Styling Kit'. 'Infuse your car with some of your own originality and individuality. Each component of the body styling kit gives the car a healthy amount of aggression and dynamics while emphasising its overall outline. The kit includes front and rear bumper spoiler, boot spoiler and decorative exhaust pipe end piece'.

Me thinks any Octavia could be turned into a vRS if you believe those marketing people.

Andrew

The front of that vRS looks poo. That is no where as aggressive as the old vRS, probably down to some new EU directive blah blah blah.
