UDM VS SKODA FABIA vRS.............MAKEFISH DETAIL TRAINING..........

Featured Replies

Today saw me 'detail' a non-Briskoda members car which can be found at the following link:

UDM VS SKODA FABIA vRS MK1........... - Detailing World

While I was doing this Fabia, Makefish had driven down to basically do the same 'detail' to his Skoda Octavia MK2 vRS and here are a couple of pics of him in action, didn't take many but hoping he will put some up later on:

Makefish did a great job on his car and it came up great but I think next time he might know what is involved...........basically just coached him along the lines of what I do every weekend and I think he thoroughly enjoyed it..........

I did enjoy it, but I'm totally knackered now :o:thumbup:

PS. Thanks for those shocking pics :thumbdwn:;)

Looks like he was about to put the kettle on....

Nice big garage you have there Mr Baker, lol

Phil

Cars not looking to bad, but Makefish needs to sort that feckin wig out, it's got a huge hole in the top of it :D:D

Fabia looks mint. Black Magic paint looks the terriers twitcher when detailed.

Good to see Makefish in Padwan training!! :D

He he, good stuff Steve - I want to see some piccies!!!!

Full write up on the way Steve? :)

No need for a full write up as I followed pretty much what Baker21 did with a few slight changes. Wheels waxed with Harley Wax and finished with Muc Off Silica Wheel Seal (perhaps not widley known but I thought I'd give it a whirl :)).

Bodywork swirling removed with Mez's 301 and finished with two coats of Harley Wax. I aint no expert but I did have fun having a go and learning from Simon (the pictures of that Fabia do not do it justice btw!).

The only dissapointment was finding out that it was chucking it down when it was time to leave :(

The very impressive workspace we had......................

Just looked at the thread on DW, top job on the Furball mate, it looks fantastic in the outdoor shots

Don't think that Lyns will be overjoyed with those pics to be fair..........:rofl:

Don't remember you taking that warehouse shot either mate, cracker though........

Your spot on with your comments on the pics not justifying the results, you did a cracking job on your motor mate and one that I would have been proud of, even better if I had been paid to do it............

Anytime you feel like another trip for some more 'detailing' then give me a shout.....

Thanks very much and the outdoor shots are always the ones that really show the hard work as the warehouse lighting is so yellow!!

The Fabia is not on Briskoda, the owner knows about the forum though........

Beautiful shine on that Black Fabia!
