Hi guys, reason why i joined this, is because i love my skoda fabia, they are such understated, fast, reliable, good mpg cars.

Just a tip to any of you with a Tdi, get the £25 tuning chip off ebay. Put it in my car, its now alot faster, and i average 65mpg, other day on the way to work i got up to 80mpg (average), even got the pic to prove. lol

Im looking for some sportier seats for my car, so if anyone has some, send us a pic, and if i like then great.

Also can anyone advise on a new air filter/induction kit to fit to the car.

Look forward to using this group.

you can work out how many miles you have done.

and then how much fuel you have used.

Hi. I put down a deposit on a Roomster 3 tiptronic yesterday. Found this forum today. Thought I had better join and possibly find out if I had made a mistake! So far I havent found anything bad so I am happy at the moment!

Hello all, I am looking for advice from the hive mind please. We have a 2012 Fabia Scout and it needs new shocks, maybe rear springs too. Most places list these items, but they are the standard Fabia items, and I believe that the Scout has a slightly different spec suspension. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get the correct items please? Many thanks in advance for advice received. Darren

Hi guys, I'm at desperation stage here. Changed bearings on the car. Ball joints also changed. The threads on my TREs were goosed from getting the busy off, so I bought new ones to replace them. My issue is the jam nuts. I have watched/read pretty much everything that's out there, yet these things won't budge. Tried heat, spray etc. Is it definitely clockwise for both to loosen them off you are looking at the hub from the outside of the wheel arch? Lefty loosey when looking from the insid

Hi new to the site I have just purchased a 2008 superb Laurin and klement edition in dark blue with cream leather 118000 with original wheels athou the wheels need full refurb i think they are diamond cut but maybe someone could correct me could anyone tell me how many were produced in mk1s and are they a rare car I would have preferred the 1.9 as apose to the 2.0 litre but it drives just a good and coud not find this edition in a 1.9 but I don't think they did a laurin klement in a 1.9 tdi but
