mono sound for ipod through mdi

Featured Replies

ive just got my octavia and bought a mdi cable to connect to a columbus, when i connect my old 2nd gen nano there isnt a peep from the drivers side speakers, if i fade left to right when all the way right there is just scilence, back to front is fine. ive googled everything i can think of and cant find any ideas how to get past this. any quick fixes or shall i just do the easiest thing and just get a sd card and just fill the columbus? i think long term thats the best thing really, im not an apple fan at the best of times :wonder:

intrigued...

I was about to order a new superb, with columbus unit and MDI input for an ipod...

I'd really like any others feedback on ipod issues through MDI, so that I don't order if a problem?
