I'm popping into Saunders abbot Sat morning to collect new mats. So if you are there Adam you can check it out then.

Did you machine polish to remove the swirls?

yes mate. car had aprox 10 stages per panel. Cut back with different pads and compounds to suit.

car had this plus extra bits coz hes me mate.

  • Pre-wash rinse of any loose contaminants
  • Wheel removal, deep clean, grease and grime removal from around balancing weights, tyres inspected and cleaned, micro-brush detail to remove grime from any small grooves or parts of the wheel that do not normally get cleaned. Wheels will be dried, polished and re sealed to protect against corrosion, road dirt and brake dust.
  • Inner wheel arch, brake calliper dirt removal, intense clean. Callipers will be brushed and any stubborn brake dust removed.
  • Intense multi stage body de-contamination ensuring light road dirt and unwanted particles are removed such as bugs. Car will have the greatest of attention in all the hard to get places not normally touched
  • Microfibre hand dry using the latest in ultra soft microfibre technology
  • Tar removal treatment. This will include exhaust tips (if polished) under body sills and under side of bumpers.
  • Micro brush detail around all trims, door shuts, bonnet shut and boot shuts to remove the particles in those hard to get often un-touched places such as wiring loom rubbers and seals
  • A very intense clay baring to lift any remaining hard bonded contaminants leaving a very smooth, clean, glass like finish. This will include door shuts, bonnet shuts and boot shuts.
  • Engine bay shuts, and strut top clean. engine covers removed and cleaned.
  • 4 to 10 stage machine correction and polish (paint dependant) to remove swirls, bird stains, blemishes, etched in brake dust, small car park scuffs, general heavier defects and scratches found on neglected paint work. This often restores paint to a better than show room finish.
  • Micro grime removal from around the smalls of your cars badges, inside badge lettering, trims, lights and exhaust tip.
  • Glass cleaned inside and out
  • Dashboard, plastics, instrument dials wiped and polished, ash trays emptied, micro brush detailing on all switches, gauges, vents and door cards.
  • Foot mats removed, vacuumed, carpet pile brushing (if applicable) and deep cleanse
  • Interior will be vacuumed, upholstery fabrics cleaned, litter disposed of. Scotchbrite treatment can be performed on request as this will be left over night to coat the the fabric. (additional cost apply)
  • Leather (if applicable) will be cleaned and treated with leather treatment, restoring and re waxing for long lasting protection.
  • Door rubbers and door / boot / bonnet seals cleaned and revitalised
  • Car badges polished and protected
  • Final sealant and wax to ensure long lasting protection

Tyre gel!!

Good attention to detail Gee, similar to what the detailer used to do on my VRS SE and that gave a simply amazing finish.

Tyre gel!!

Not on my watch mate, stuff is tack! Clean tyres don't have to be shiny like some dodgy car salesmans eye trickery. Lol. If q customer wants it they will get it, but I think it looks cack. Tyre gel is coverage not clean. :)

I shall apply some dodgy car salesmans trickery in the form of megs endurance to the tyres of Mrsgroup1rs's SE at the weekend.

Boo. I wanted shiny tryes and you said no :(

I have meguiars now though :moon:

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Gee is right. B)

I like the megiuers endurance stuff :)

And smells nice too :D

Boo. I wanted shiny tryes and you said no :(

I have meguiars now though :moon:

i said no coz your me mate and i didnt want your car looking homosexual! :p same reason petes never got it!! hahaha!

cheers bossfox.. im glad someone else sees shiny tyres as tack! :) when are you letting me detail your GTR then??

Its wrapped Gee. Good luck with that ;)

can still de-swirl wrap my sausage, its just longer and u used different pads! used to do my Bora roof every 6 months as gloss black gets cained with marks. :)

P.s.. i did forget it was wrapped tho. lol

Woohoo the boys have been busy!! i have a few more additions to the furby :)

all this came...

and then this for my Iphone

Jabbasport RARB complete with superpro bushes and beam clamps

and then this, cone in a box

RARB is mounted using existing lower shock mounting bolts. Simply undo both lower shock mounts. Then slide RARB into position and re-insert shock bolts. But don't tighten !

IMG-20120925-WA0006.jpg

Then using the supplied grease fit superpro bushes to RARB and position equi-distance from the bend in RARB. About 80mm.

The RARB can then be swung up to rear beam.

Saddles and straps fitted and tightened then finally tighten lower shock bolts.

Nice one. Bet that makes a bit of a difference!

Whaaaaa hooooo hoooooo. An excellent modification is the Jabbasport RARB to Mrsgroup1rs's SE. Reminds me of my old Peugeot 205 Mi16. Only much much better !

Booooo the roll bar i thought use to be skoda green lol :)

Awesome..... And the cone in a box is sooo funky

Almost a shame u cant get a clear top section for the air box :D

Looks good, i personally think that the jabba arb is just to much money unless getting it second hand

Now there's a thing too much money. When you consider that's it fits exactly and includes superpro bushes. Also the handling transformation is outstanding then I think it's excellent value for money. Coilovers. Mapping exhaust etc all add up to a hell of a lot more and don't give anywhere near as much grin factor.

i personally think its to much money for what it is.

anyhow i would def say a remap gives you way more grin factor..... fact
