Ha Ha................no chintzy at all....................

They are way brighter than std buddy.

With the rears on as well make a huge difference.....

ooh a 'hug' difference, what is this level of difference?? I have never heard of this! is it greater than big, and lesser than giant????

May invest in some maself

I did this and they are really bright but there is just one problem,

After driving in dark and open door you get blinded with lights been so bright, i now run with middle bulb in front removed

Ha Ha ......don't you know a hug is one down from a shug......

Converted all my interior/exterior small bulbs to LEDs last year. Is 10 times better. Means I can actually look for stuff in the dark! And the sidelights just look that little bit more interesting.

Double post fail.

Out of interest did you have any issues with them staying on when they shouldn't? I know others have mentioned cheap ebay bulbs staying lit slightly when they shouldn't.

Nope, none for me either.

Hum well installed them last night and sadly 2 leds on each light remain lit after locking the doors and whilst driving. Really strange as I ordered the exact ones in the thread.

you might have water ingress / or the start of a microwitch failure. I wonder if you are getting a small amount of power leaking through the system which is enough to power some of the LEDs, but a not a whole traditional bulb. Pop the assembly out of the roof lining and check what power is coming is coming it. I checked mine just before Christmas and I think I had 2 perm +ve and 1 ground. I was expecting 1 perm +ve, 1 ground and one switched (via dimmer) +ve

Currently on my car (with normal lights), when I close the doors, the internal lights stay on.... :-(

you have a rear passenger light .

is that something you have done Bowders?

Hum I don't think there's any moisture as I replaced the light unit for one with map lights recently and all was fine. Don't know wether to end the bulbs back or not?!

What type are the rear lights been trying to find some like that, but golf ones seem different, with rears tinted it's very dark in rear at night when door is open.

I'm so sick and tired of these chineese LEDs,all of them are rubbish, will fail in nearest future. ...and I paid good money when they just appeared on local market, like 17 pounds for 2 W5W .

If you want some quality LEDs all around the car check for Philips ,they have a new fresh range of LED bulbs, genuine

yup thats bang on true IulianE!!

mine failed after about 6 months... one by one!

also they like yours i think were cold light, which with hindsight i think i would not get again, i would go for warm light instead!

but they really brightened up the cabin on the plus side!
