Is it normal i have never had a diesel or turbo so I don't know if it's normal it kinda hisses...doesn't feel like a lack of power or anything

Mine hisses when its under boost. Its just air being drawn through the turbo pipework and intercooler.

Also check for oil seeping out the boost pipes could be a leak but its more of a sucking kind of noise than a hissing

**** didnt see the no lack of power my baddd, but would still check just to eliminate any leaks

check the boot for escaped cobra's.

any chance of an audio recording?

Don't think you would hear it due to wind noise in the recording

U can only really hear it when the windows are down ... I'm thinkin nothing of it ...it's not affecting anything lol

I get the same noise from mine. Notice it more in third gear. I were having a go at recording it but it cant really be heard.. I am guessing its normal

I need to capture the sound t to see if everyone gets it!
