I no there has bin loads of topics on this but i was looking at getting some lowering springs for my fabia and was wondering what people would think to be the best? Im running 17" spiders on the car at the moment so i was thinking ever H&Rs, vogtland or eibach?

Oryt smart arse because there not all up to date and other people have different opinions so just thought id ask again is that ok? And is there a problem that im from cumbria aswel?

It's not about being a smart arse, it's common sense.... They aren't up to date? That's surprising as there are several topics on this subject made per week.

Yes it's fine to ask again... Who am I to say no? I can't imagine you'll get too many replies or advice with your ****ty attitude though.

I havnt got a attitude fella just thought what u said was abit daft so sorry and a ****ed me off a tad bcoz of what sepulcharve said. Wel the only one i could find was from end of last year so just wanted peoples opinions.... They might have changed you never no.

Can't go wrong with eibach springs mate. Had them on my last vrs. Looks good and still comfortable.

It was just humour, I even put a smilie thingy to show I was joking, don't be such a sensitive flower. Cumbria is one of my favourite places in the whole UK, I usually stay in Hesket Newmarket or Caldbeck when I'm there.
