Looking at a set of alloys local to me.

Featured Replies

They were on a impreza apparently. 17" dare multispokes. 5x100 7rj. Will these fit my vrs? If so im buying them tonight as they are a bargain!

Don't tell me, four breeze blocks and a one-er.

Not up on other brand alloys but think I've read on here that Subaru centre holes are different size!!

Haha nah the boy bought them to fit his bmw but wrong size. Still need tyres though.

I thought it the center bore was wrong on them?

Yeh subarus are 5x100 (apart from STi models) but the centre bore is different to VAG fitment.

Damn oh well back to the drawing board..

Wrong centre bore size

Edit too slow lol

If there aftermarket dare wheels chances are the bore is oversized n ya can just use spiggot rings. . .? Anyone thought of that?

What burks said.

While OEM suburb wheels need a different centre bore it is likely that dare aftermarkets will have needed spigot rings to bring the centre bore down to Impreza size.

Knock those out and replace with Skoda ones and they should bolt straight on.

offset will be wrong to,they will be sunk in really badly so will need pretty big spacers

I run impreza wheels. Bore them out, I think it's only 1mm? Get spigot rings if necessary. I run 20mm spacers at the back and 10mm at the front. Easy peasy.

They are aftermarket wheels so will i need spacers with them?

U need more info.

Et

Centre bore size

The et will be stamped on the inside of the wheel.

Anything between et20-et40 shud be ok.

If the centre bore is bigger than the fabia size then spigot rings will sort that (only cheap)

If the centre bore is slightly smaller (subaru fitment) then u can bore them out.. if its only 1mm difference then u only have to take off 0.5mm all round ;)
