Washer jets not working!

Featured Replies

Soooooooo my washer jets have stopped working......there is no sound from the pump/motor? What part am I going to replace? Thanks in advance

Checked the fuse ??

Front/rear /both ? If both, check fuse ( a Haynes manual is a good, CHEAP source of fuse use /location). I'd try to help with fuse ID, but my Haynes is in car.A good rule of thumb in fault finding is to see what is /is not working and look at a diagram to see how things work . Then ,knowing what is not working, you can ork toward the problem ,and solution .

Fuse 15, 10A . Third row from the right, 5th fuse down (red)

Have a look at this thread, in the useful thread section. http://www.briskoda....ead-this-first/

If it's only the rear washers, then a pipe will have come off. See http://www.briskoda....4

If both are not working and you can't hear the pump, then it's either the pump (does both washers) or the fuse.

Have checked and replaced fuse, but still nothing so I am guessing the pump needs replacing....many thanks for your inputs!

Able to check the connector at the pump to see if it's getting voltage? Could be the stalk or something that's dead. . .
