Clio 200 driver was doing 10 under the limit so I tried to get round and he booted it! Not a lot I could do with a 86 Tsi :l

Can I just get some brighter bulbs for The headlamps or does it not work like that? :l edit: as in can I buy some 4300k bulbs and they will just work? I apologise I am not good with cars
