  1. Thanks for the replies. The criminal is my former neighbour, I have tried cabled POE IP CCTV, however, they are using an interference device that temporarily disables live video. Will the police do anything without evidence? If I had the keys deleted and mine added back on, if the criminal tried to unlock the car with the physical key would that set the alarm off? My insurance covers If the car key, or any other device used to unlock your car, is lost or stolen in the UK. If the locks need replacing do I need to contact my insurer before having them replaced? Thanks
  2. Someone who is harassing me and damaging my property, has been unlocking my 2010 Octavia without setting the alarm off, and damaging the interior and items inside. They had access to my car keys as they had copied my house keys, I had to change my house locks. Is it possible to take the key and fob and have both copied that allow the car to be opened, alarm deactivated and start the engine? Can VCDS or other software delete a key from the locking system, or do I need to go to an auto locksmith? Would deleting the key work or do I need to have the locks and chip changed? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
