Passenger seat electrical controls not working after a new windscreen was fitted

CD autochanger fault

It sounds to me as if the CD changer on your car has disconnected itself from the stereo, and is not receiving power to eject the magazine. The power/data feed to/from the CD changer is a single cable, which runs from under the passenger seat, under the carpet, and into the back of the stereo.

I'd be checking two places: the back of the stereo (blue plug in the slots above the standard brown/black ISO connectors) and also where the cable running from the CD changer links to the loom that runs to the stereo. The line has a wide black connector on it close to the seat - to allow removal of the seat, etc. It's possible this has come loose/fallen out if the passenger seat has been moved about.

keyfob misbehaving seriously

I would suggest that your problem is not with the key fob, but with the alarm system itself - if the fob is disengaging the immobiliser to allow the engine to start, this suggests to me that the fob is working correctly.
Disconnecting the vehicle battery should not stop the alarm, as it has a self-contained, internal battery.

Octy 2 1.4TSI ESTATE CAXA
Quite uncertain where to enter this question. The keyfob#1 has started to cause serious problems with the car alarm system. So far keyfob#2 is working with no problem. Car alarm starting randomly and only disconnecting the battery helped. Yesterday the alarm kept sounding/flashing even when the engine was running - undrivable.
Is there a home cure whereby I can remap/reset the key fob? My very helpful auto sparks is unable to help

@JirairD Alright, thanks. Are your old(?) ones the same as the picture in the topic start?
From this information I would assume it is this part, although the description suggests it is textured and not flat.
