  1. Still early yet as the springs are less than 1000 miles old. Its firm but not overly. Definitely handles better. Hard to compare soggy old suspension to brand new stuff lol. And I though H&R were a premium brand? Day
  2. I'm running H&R with brand new shocks and the ride is fantastic. Very good quality too. Day
  3. How come you won't post? I'd imagine thats putting alot of people off. Day
  4. Would you consider selling without the tyres? I've got a brand new set here thats all lol. Thanks Day
  5. How have you come to the conclusion that the Lexus is "crap" ? Day
  6. Was just about to say, you park in the most furthest and out of reach place and I can guarantee some numpty will park not just next to you. But so close it makes you wonder if they've done it just to annoy you lol Day
  7. Ours are just as far away as normal spaces. Just with a big void inbetween spaces. Its usually disabled spaces nearest to the shop which I draw the line at. Day
  8. It is scary, hence why I park in parent and child spaces lol. Day
  9. But could they make the job easier further down the line? Remove all your major parts first, manifolds, turbo etc, then focus on the smaller parts. Day
  10. As above, the neater you do it tends to be the quicker in the long run. Cutting corners comes back to bite you sooner or later. Day
  11. I use H&R springs which are fantastic on my daily commute. Day
  12. Park it on the road. For some reason it works out cheaper. Day
  13. Happens all the time. I've got a black labrador retriever who is fantastic round other dogs/small children etc. Whenever I walk him he's usually off the lead, but what annoys me is people with nasty dogs who proceed to let theirs roam! They then get irate when you try to shoo away their dog. Not many people tend to follow any etiquette when walking their dog, just simply let it off to do whatever it pleases. Its a shame really as it's supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable time with your pet. Day
  14. Have you considered a local handyman? Plenty of people out of work able to do such jobs. There's a guy my brother has used for his house and he's been fantastic, recently made redundant, has done a spotless job which even i'm impressed with. Day
  15. Pics would help . If you're trying to separate the drive hub from the bearing you'll fail, they're assembled as one part. To remove the bearing you need a special tool. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=3SsbSYmngZY Day
  16. If you've undone the hub nut, the driveshaft should come straight out. May need a little tap with a copper dolly and hammer to get it moving. Day
  17. It happens:) Rubber swells up, the sliders go all tight, calipers start to stick. Have a look round the internet, there's plenty of articles regarding the issue. Day
