  1. Absolutely love this built, so much love and passion gone into Gandalf. He must be the happiest superb under sun 🌞 💊ðŸŧ
  2. Talking of bad influence of this forum ðŸĪŠ i bought my superb so i will finally have car that doesn't need anything else out of the box....10k + spent later i wonder 😂
  3. You will get to it when you ready 😊 small steps every time 👍ðŸŧ
  4. I've looked into it but wasn't 100% convinced...you can do simple conversion or buy LED upgrade kit. I'm quite happy with current set up as it is 😊
  5. Yes fog lights have been done also. Same make and model of fog light bulbs but halogen, need to get picture of them, definitely whiter than originals
  6. I had this happen on my 2018 sportline 280...replaced driver's side rear, three weeks later other rear failed so ended up changing both. Checked fuses, wiring etc, swapped both units and yeah it was dead....220 quid per side
  7. Just had new bulbs fitted to replace old factory xenon bulbs. I went for D3S Osram Xenarc Blue Intense and they are fantastic. Car is Superb Sportline 280 year 2018
  8. Just wanted to share a before and after pics of new bulbs fitted to my Superb. D3S Osram Xenarc Blue Intense to replace old factory bulbs. New bulbs are definitely brighter and have nice modern look with more more crisp light output. Thought it might help someone if they're deciding what bulbs to fit. Second photo are the Osram bulbs
  9. I love the look of your car with all the add ons makes it look quite mean 😎
  10. Those are nice figures from stage 1+ 😎 Yes the JB4 has been faithful companion of my superb since 2021 and not a single fault with it. Its just like you say you can only get so much out of it. Luckily there is no MOT where i live for now 😁 but still i wanted to keep my downpipe road legal 😑
  11. Those are some decent figures i bet it surprises few unsuspecting cars that want to play ðŸĪŠ Did you think about going for stronger internals? What front splitter is it on your? Maxton? I'd love to go stage 3 might be an idea for next year 😂
  12. Yes yes pre-gpf, but it doesn't feel much faster on pull than JB4, it feels more civilised 😁 if that makes sense
  13. Thank you JR RS, It is completely different car now. Plenty of smiles yesterday 😁😁😁 My tuner said he could go higher on power but i just wanted safe reliable map usable for everyday driving. He has added some nice burble on overrun but compared to JB4 tune this map is nowhere near as loud as before which i quite like. Soft limiter has also been removed. Do you still own your Superb?
  14. Video of dyno run Messenger_creation_0B90EC1F-7815-4C23-99DB-FDD2273181E4.mp4
  15. Had my superb stage 2 tuned and so far i love it 😁 Work and parts fitted BCS Powervalve downpipe with sport cat 200 cell Wagner Intercooler ECS tuning intake duct Ramair panel filter Ramair turbo elbow Ramair inlet pipe NGK R7437-9 plugs Stage 2 engine tune Stage 2 DSG tune Prior to this i also had all the fluids changed and full service carried out. More photos and videos to follow
  16. So here we go...i know this has been covered loads of times on here. Looking to lower my superb 280 sportline 2018 just a bit to get rid of that arch gap without it going too low as i use it daily. It doesn't have DCC. Car has some suspension upgrades already ( Bilstein B6 Performance shocks, H&R anti roll bars front and rear, Whiteline droplinks front and rear) Can someone please help me to choose correct Eibach springs? 🙏ðŸŧ I get really confused with all the options Eibach has, Passat B8, Golf GTE, Audi Q2, Skoda Kodiaq etc Many thanks in advance.
  17. Thank you for the heads up mate. I won't be using it on track days or any racing. So I'll just keep them DS2500s on front and rear will stay OEM for now
  18. That looks sick 😍
  19. Was thinking to do rears too but they are staying OEM. Won't be putting doing track days or anything in them 😊
  20. No coding required as far as I'm aware. Only thing is that brake pad wear wire is now been disabled so i won't get brake pad wear light but i never let it run down that low anyway so not bothered about that
  21. They are indeed 😎 thank you
  22. So at last got my brake upgrade fitted today and wow what a difference. Brembo 4 pot calipers complimented by Ferodo DS2500 pads and custom made braided lines. Soon to go Stage 2
  23. Never off road, but where i live is like small city, island is only 9 x 5 miles so you are through the gears all the time
  24. I do mine every 18 months regardless of mileage due to where i live ( channel Islands) i only take the car away once maybe twice a year and driving on an island is pretty much like city driving it's through the gears all the time. This is how the haldex filter looked on last change approx 7000 miles away
  25. This is their marketing video of the same system, this car has upgraded downpipe too but it sounds pretty identical maybe bit more quieter
