  8. 0121 you a Brummie lad ? My window regulator has gone and I've bought a replacement to fit shortly. I've also just done the n249 bypass and I think it makes a difference to acceleration, makes the air filter noise better. If you need a scan pop over and we will see if any errors point you in the right direction. That's if your 0121 ? Matt Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I'd do it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Temp sender does 2 jobs, sorry if this is mentioned already but last week but I had an MOT fail for emissions and my temp gauge was at 90, but on logging it was only 69. So new temp sender and all was well. Yours could be the opposite and the ecu might cut off the engine if it exceeds 120 sending the wrong values. A maybe ??????? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. It could be the last problem your sorting. Think about it. I know what you mean though, all repairs come at once. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Passed. Happy Bunny!
  13. Today the new CTS went in and it got to 90 on the VAGCOM reading and sat there, fluctuating slightly as it should. So in for MOT retest tomorrow, fingers crossed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  16. Just had an idiot moment. Went out to swap CTS, plugged in VAGCOM and outside temp matched reading for CTS. So I thought, time to swap. Forgetting the CTS is reading 10-20c down and pulled out CTS, got a bit wet, as still very warm and under pressure. Bonus is the other sensor I have is reading outside temp ok. Try again in the morning. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  17. It's not, thats the good thing. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  18. Logged a few things on the way home from work and from the start i seen a problem. CTS reading was 15c and outside was 25c. Temp gauge went to 90c and this is what i saw on my 20 mile journey home, never went above 74c. And also driving keeping on boost today I noticed some nice exhaust pops. I have a few CTS's in the garage from when I was diagnosing CTS or thermostat at fault so I will swap it when cold and see if the readings are better in the morning and see if the exhaust pops are less or none existent.
  19. I will be, been driving it like a loon at high revs since. i will pace it to the garage on wednesday and hopefully they will get it on whilst still hot.
  20. No, original CAT still in place, But has a CAT back exhaust. EML is on because I removed the SAI relay because I have a leak, but have put the relay back in now. Possibly bad pre cat lambda.
  21. Did all them not so,long ago, but will take another look, Cheers.
  22. Just noticed last years MOT had an advisory for a minor front centre exhaust leak. Strange how is wasn't picked up this time with the same garage, but might be adding to my emissions issue. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
