The Mech is on the left, when mine gets stuck, which it does a lot of the time I just pull it over to the right and "wiggle it, just a little bit" and it free's up.

I had MTEC Grooved and dimpled all round on my Astra, Didn't notice any breaking improvement, but looked very nice. Will go down this route when my vRS disks need doing.

Mine is standard apart from exhaust, induction kit, valve delete and forge dv. Love the noise it makes. If I can afford a remap for it, it will get done at some point. It has been mapped before, but took it off when I sold it and loved it at 208bhp. When was your cambelt last done ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Mine is totally covered on the inside and i put some in the windows grove, before fitting and cleaned up the excess on the outside after.

After 2 functioning items breaking, It was a lot cheaper to bung it. TBH I don't miss the rear wiper at all, I have only rain repelled the window once in 12 months and its still clears well.

Do the revs drop instantly on pressing the clutch in ? Reason i ask is that I had very similar symptoms and my clutch switch was broken, the revs didn't drop straight away they hung for about a second causing really bad gear changes.
