Hi All, While I'm waiting for my delivery, anyone help me with my below question. I've got an Octavia Mk3 at the moment and plug in a USB with all my albums on it. Media screen shows the album covers and let's you flick through them with a finger. Every YouTube video etc for the Mk4 only shows media data in list form and mentions album art shows on dash display. Is there no way to show my albums on the main screen in the graphical album art view allowing me to scroll through the pictures? Like the attached

My car selection gets based on what is on my company car list. You choose the best one available on limited knowledge. Currently got a mk3 and waiting for delivery of my mk4. When I had to choose there wasn't a single Skoda dealership within 200 miles that had a Octavia IV estate in that I could actually see. In terms of phones. I need to know if it will connect so I can use android auto for navigation. As I'm expecting the mk4 built in navigation to be as rubbish as the mk3. Plus its always nice to be able to stream music. Love this forum as there is always someone that can help with any type of question.

I hate the full matrix headlights on all cars. Get blinded all the time. They are terrible in recognising oncoming cars. Should never of passed safety regulations. Work OK if your the only car meeting one on a straight flat road. But God forbid if your behind another car as they only track the first car, second gets blinded, on an uneven road or corner.

Thanks for info. I read somewhere that the Fabia Kessy has movement sensor in Fob. Hoping it has same in the Octy

Hey all, Got my new Octavia coming soon with the Kessy system. Wanted to understand if I need to buy a box to keep key in? Anyone able to detail the functionality of the system? Need to understand if Fob turns itself off after no movement? My key location is normally under 10 feet from the car. Don't want it to be unlockable Thx

Hi, Has anyone ordered the Net Partition with their mk4 estate? How do they connect? Does it connect to top of seat to roof or do straps go to the load D loops on the boot floor? Tempted to get it. But I normally get a dog boot liner that covers the back of seats and sides of boot (hatchbag type). Don't think I'd be able to have both. Plus if its the floor attachment, guessing you need to remove if you want to drop seats and get big load in Thanks

I get a knocking in my 18plate. Coming from the petrol tank. Believe Its the pump assembly knocking on top of tank and only bad when the tank is mostly full. you getting the noise all the time?

I've got a 18 plate 1.6 dsg. Just passed 50k miles and I get on average 53mpg. Mostly driven in normal but a bit hard I.e. 80mph+ on motorways. I find the mpg is poor on short journeys and only over get 60mpg+ crawling along on flat roads under 60mph. I swear skoda have changed my settings during a service, since the mpg scandal. Car used to tell me 70mpg+ all the time but only see that in the first couple of mins from starting off if it is all downhill. Given up looking at the mpg now. I just work on principle I can do 575mile s to tank in summer and 500 in winter
