You can adjust the regen level in settings but not sure if it can be done by the paddles. I'll give it a go.

Had my IV updated to 1941 by dealer on Friday. Been over 24hrs now without a restart. Had car 3 weeks now and today is the first time I've been happy with it

When my battery gets low and says zero range. It switches to hybrid and I still get the motor boost. Never had it not work. But then the car is pretty good at recovering energy. So either it holds some charge back for boost or it has always recovered enough energy by the time I need it.. Engine on its own is not very eco. But you are more likely to recover ev charge round town as you brake a lot more so will get higher mileage as it will top up and switch to ev.

Mostly been about 15-20c here so I would of thought that would be good operating temp range for the lithium battery?

Hey all, Had my octavia iv estate for about 3 weeks now. Most I've been able to get the car to show for all elec range is 31miles with Aircon etc off. Which turned into about 29miles actual driving. Does this get any better? With the claim of 43miles on a charge I was hoping for at least 35miles+ Thanks

I moaned at my dealer last week. They told me its due to be built week commencing 4th June. octavia SEL IV. Ordered oct 2021. See if they bullish.ited me in a week

Mine pushed back another 3 months as of last week. Now estimated date 30th Sept 2023. Current date is 2 years from order for my iv sel

You got a carpet cleaner? If so try sucking water out. If not dehumidifier is probably best bet

My lease company had some volvo xc40 all elec ultimates on bulk order, worked out at only about £35 more a month on PUC. But sounds like they will be delayed till Sept so probably stick to my octavia SEL Iv order

I've chased my SEL IV with dealer this week and they have given me an unconfirmed build week of W28 and said delays are currently to do with the Esound module? Sounded like BS. My order was Oct2021 so based on estimated Date I'm looking at 20months Was going to cancel for a volvo xc40 bulk ordered by my lease company due in April, but they have been delayed too till sept Bet if octavia built June I'll miss the facelift

You'd think they would be adding stuff on the longer they are delayed 🙄 as a sorry

I've had an update to my order. Pushed back another 3 months. Originally ordered my SEL IV in Oct21. Order updated on Friday from march 23 to jun23 now It's a disgrace that they can work in this way. I'd have a car by now if my company were not forcing me to have a hybrid or elec. A diesel would be cheaper now to run as well

Hi all, Anyone know what the different statuses mean on the order? My colleagues Enyak has gone from "Factor Ordered" to "Confimed Build". Does that just mean he should have a build week allocated or car has been built? Thanks

Has anyone had a build date for a IV model in UK recently or had one delivered that hasn't been sitting in a car park for months? Almost at a year waiting now and estimated date on mine is 15th Dec which seems a generic date as someone I know ordered Enyak week before I did and they have same date. Would just like to know if they are building the IVs again as all you lucky people with cars seem to have TDIs or none hybrid

Hi all, I've got a MY18 estate SE Tech with standard sus. Over the last couple of months I've been getting loud creaking from front sus. When driving slow (reversing or parking etc) and if I go up a speed ramp or something. Normal driving at speed is fine. Not noticing any noise over say 10mph. I've looked under car and nothing looks like it has play in it, plastic underbody is tight and no leak visible from shocks. Anyone had same and found the solution? Thanks

What do you think the chances of getting something free from skoda because of the delays? They should at least be enabling all the things you can buy from the skoda store as compensation. I.e. more colours on the led lights, rear light high functionality and cornering fog lights 😅 maybe I should email skoda and suggest

Hi all, Anyone got a workshop manual covering the underbody trim on an Estate? Managed to break bit behind front wheel and lose bit near back wheel. Need the codes to order some new bits and if I need new screws/plugs to fit them. Thanks

Hi, Has anyone fitted an older Thule none evo setup to the car? I.e. the old 753 footpack? Is it compatible with the new 7106 evo fitting kit? Would be nice to use my old setup from a previous car with closed rails instead of being forced to upgrade to evo. The Evo is so expensive it would be cheaper to get a cheap set of bars from ebay and pray the T track is big enough for my 591 cycle carriers

I've got the album art embedded in the mp3s and they show like the above in my mk3. Just want to know if the Mk4 infotainment system can display in same way. Makes the screen prettier than just a list of album names
