Spotted an unmarked race blue MK2 vRS one on the M6 outside Birmingham a while back with all the lights going. Looked pretty cool all lit up.

Had the same in mine the other week, doing about 50 on the motorway and suddenly got this huge bang from what sounded like the front drivers door area. The radio went off for a second or so then came back on. Nearly shat myself !!!

I was the first in my company to get a new Octy vRS TDI. I got a few laughs at first but our guy in Spain has now got one and so have a few in our Holland office.

Same with me STUARTB. Worked a treat when I had a nail in one of mine, a drop of only 3psi set it off.

Mine alerted me when one of the rears lost 3psi. Took it in and found a nail in the tyre. Seems it doesnt have to go flat for it to alert you.

Mine seem fine.

Looks like I am going to have to live with it then. Bummer .

Not sure if this has been discussed before, but what I really miss on my vRS is the steering wheel controls for the radio. Can the controls be fitted ? It looks like there is space on the wheel spokes for controls. Thanks John

Where are the rubber stops ? Mine is making the same noise.

Mine has come on twice in the past week or so, after checking the tyres it seems the O/S/R tyre is down from 31psi to 22psi. Both times it was the O/S/R tyre thats been going down. Its going in tomorrow to have it checked out.

Anyone know if this is the same as touching up the plastic bumper ? Scraped the rear bumper putting a suitcase into the boot the other day.

I get my new Octy VRS diesel on Monday, Race blue metallic with 18's, Jumbo box, cruise, Maxidot and curtain airbags. Cannot wait !!!
