Rear shocks question
ECP don't know what shock absorbers are correct for your car. They just throw up a big list of parts that can fit various models of the Superb MK3, even if you enter your car's registration number. I've just searched for front brake discs for the Superb MK3 1.4 petrol on ECP. It throws up a list of front brake discs including the big 340x30mm front brake discs. These big front brake discs don't fit the 1.4 petrol. So that's just one example of how clueless ECP are about what aftermarket parts fit your car, even if you tell them exactly what car you have. Another problem with ECP is that they hide the model number of the aftermarket part and just use their own internal code. This can make it difficult to work out if a certain aftermarket part is correct for your car. ECP do this to make it more difficult to shop around and compare prices, ie. anti-competitive behaviour.

As 3Q0512011HD, 3Q0513049FN, 3Q0513049FP isn't listed against Monroe 376195SP, I would have have gone for Sachs 318202 as that is listed against all three of these OEM part numbers. 3Q0513049FN and 3Q0513049FP are listed as standard rear shock absorbers for the standard ride height, front wheel drive, Superb MK3 without DCC. VRS springs on a 1.9 tdi ?
6R0411105AK is a front spring for the Fabia MK2 VRS. That car uses a 1.4 petrol engine which weighs a lot less than a 1.9 diesel engine, so 6R0411105AK won't be suitable for the Fabia MK2 1.9TDI. 6Q0411105BF is the lowered ride height front spring used by the Fabia MK1 VRS, so that spring should be suitable for a lowered ride height Fabia MK2 1.9TDI. The Fabia MK1 VRS and Fabia MK2 VRS both use the same 6Q0511115AA lowered ride height rear springs. So that rear spring is a good choice for a lowered ride height Fabia MK2 1.9TDI. The Fabia MK1 and Fabia MK2 are based on the Polo MK4. The Fabia MK3 is based on the Polo MK5. The Octavia MK2 VRS uses 312x25mm front brakes discs, so 16" rims will clear the front brakes calipers. Spare Wheel/Puncture repair
I've seen two different OEM part numbers for the foam and jack kit for the Octavia MK3 VRS, and these are 5E0093860C and 5E0093860F. Perhaps take these two OEM part numbers along to a VAG parts department, and ask them what the difference is. They might not know. Although they might both be suitable. The 5E0093860F might simply be an updated version of 5E0093860C, but you would need to check. You won't be able to use a front spare wheel smaller than 17" diameter because 16" rims won't clear the front brake calipers on the big 340x30mm front brake discs. When you get the foam and jack kit, try one of your normal wheels in the spare wheel well to see if it fits with the carpet flush. If it doesn't, you need a spare wheel that isn't so wide. If you do need a narrower tyre than 225, you could use a 205/50R17 fitted to a 6.5Jx17 ET38 5/112 57.1 steel rim from the Kodiaq. This rim specification is available from mytyres Foam and jack kit (includes everything except the spare wheel) 5E0093860C 5E0093860F https://eshop.skoda-auto.cz/cs_CZ/sady-pro-vymenu-kol/c/setsToChangeWheels?q=%3AscoreDesc%3AcarType%3AOctavia%2BIII%2B%282017%2B%29&text=# Alcar 9021 6.5Jx17 ET38 5/112 57.1 steel rim (from Kodiaq) (205/50R17) https://www.mytyres.co.uk/rims/details?vehicleId=672860434273997936&rimCode=ALCAR9021 Another spare wheel option is a 7.5Jx18 ET50 5/112 57.1 steel rim from a VW iD.3. Winter Wheels & Tyres query
The Skoda accessory catalogue list many alloy rims for the Kodiaq with the correct specification, eg. diameter, width, offset. They are often identical to the factory rims except for the OEM part number. They are not a modification because they conform to the car's Certificate of Conformity, ie. they are all Skoda approved. Tyre Pressures
There should be a weight plate fixed to the B-pillar that you should be able to see when the driver's door is open. Take a photo of that to see the maximum axle weights, as it's easier to see the details on a computer screen. If you've got 235/45R20 tyres, 2.2Bar (32psi) in all four tyres can support over 2,000kg. Pumping them up to 2.7Bar (39psi) front and 3.2(46psi) rear can support over 2,600kg, (ie. over 1,200kg on the front axle, and over 1,400kg on the rear axle). If you're not carrying much weight in the back perhaps try 35psi front and 32psi rear. This can support over 1,000kg on the front axle and about 1,100kg on the rear axle, for a total weight of over 2,100kg. Excessive tyre pressures is sometimes used to improve handling. However, I expect this is more to do with driving flat out around a smooth racetrack, and not day to day driving on the UK's bumpy and potholed filled roads.

19’ xtreme alloys on 2011 facelift mk2
The Octavia MK3 uses XTREME 7.5Jx19 ET51 5/112 57.1 alloy rims. The Octavia MK4 doesn't use EXTREME alloy rims because the offset is not correct. The Octavia MK4 uses 7.5Jx19 ET48 5/112 57.1 rims. Also note that the Octavia MK4 uses bigger outside diameter 225/40R19 rather than the 225/35R19 on the Octavia MK3. The Octavia MK2 uses 18" rims with a specification of 7.5Jx18 ET51 5/112 57.1, so you could use the 7.5Jx19 ET51 5/112 57.1 EXTREME rims on the Octavia MK2. Bear in mind, that the very low sidewall height of the 235/35R19 tyre size makes the tyres and rims very susceptible to pothole damage. Perhaps look at non-standard 235/40R18 tyres fitted to 7.5Jx18 ET51 5/112 57.1 alloy rims from the Octavia MK3. Compared to the 225/35R19 tyre size, the 235/40R18 doesn't just add 10mm to the tyre width but a massive 20% to the sidewall height. So when you hit a pothole, the tyre will provide a lot more cushioning and resistance to pothole damage. Another thing to bear in mind is protection from kerbing damage. The sidewalls on a 235/40R18 fitted to a 7.5J rim will bulge out a similar amount to a 225/45R17 fitted to a 7J rim, and will therefore provide a similar level of protection from kerbing damage. 7.5Jx18 ET51 5/112 57.1 alloy rim https://eshop.skoda-auto.cz/cs_CZ/alu-kolo-gemini-18-octavia-iii/p/5E0071498G+FL8 ETRTO recommended rim widths 225/35 7.5-8.0-9.0 235/40 x.x-x.x-x.x (7.5-8.0-9.0 would be logical but ETRTO's 8.0-8.5-9.5 recommendation is not logical) 245/45 7.5-8.0-9.0 As you can see in the chart below, these two tyre sizes have a similar outside diameter. When the 235/40R18 tyre size has just 2.55mm of tread wear, it will have exactly the same outside diameter as a new 225/35R19. 17" Alloy
215/50R17 is a massive 7.3% bigger than the standard 185/60R15 tyre size. I would be surprised it that size didn't rub on full lock, or when the suspension fully compresses. More than about a 1.5% to 2% increase in outside diameter compared to the standard tyre sizes, can start to make the car feel too highly geared. It's rare for the speedo to not over-read when using more than a 5% increase in outside diameter. Often the speedo will start to over-read with a smaller increase than 5%. 17" tyres tend to be a lot more expensive than 15" tyres. For excellent comfort and a cheap tyre size, perhaps look at 185/65R15 or even 195/60R15. With the standard 6Jx15 ET38 5/100 57.1 rims 195/60R15 would probably be my choice as it's a good fit on the 6J rim width, and only increases the gearing by 2.0% compared to the standard 185/60R15 tyre size. There's a good choice of secondhand alloy rims with the standard 6Jx15 ET38 5/100 57.1 rim size, because the Golf MK4 and the various clones used this size around the years 1998-2003. However, the Golf MK4 used a bigger outside diameter 195/65R15 tyre size. Outside diameter of tyres 185/60R15 603mm 185/65R15 621.5mm (+3.1% compared to 185/60R15) 195/60R15 615mm (+2.0% compared to 185/60R15) 195/50R16 601.4mm 195/55R16 620.9mm (+3.0% compared to 185/60R15) 205/45R17 616.3mm (+2.2% compared to 185/60R15) 215/40R17 603.8mm 215/50R17 646.8mm (+7.3% compared to 185/60R15) Examples of 185/65R15 and 195/60R15 all-season tyres, which could be fitted to the standard 6Jx15 ET38 rim size. 17" Alloy
Your 205/40R17 tyre size is too small for the Rapid and Fabia MK2. The standard 215/40R17 would have provided a little more rim protection from potholes and kerbing damage. 5J0601025T is a Fabia MK2 rim with a 7Jx17 ET41 specification. The Rapid uses a 7Jx17 ET46 rim, which is the same as the Fabia MK3 uses. The Rapid and Fabia MK3 use a 215/40R17, whereas the Fabia MK2 uses a 205/40R17. 7Jx17 ET46 5/100 57.1 alloy rim (for Rapid and Fabia MK3) (uses 215/40R17) https://eshop.skoda-auto.cz/cs_CZ/alu-kolo-torino-17-fabia-iii-rapid/p/5JA071497AAJX2 Maybe consider 205/45R17 fitted to a 6.5Jx17 ET40 rim from the Scala/Kamiq as that would provide a little more rim protection from potholes than 215/40R17 due to the slightly higher sidewalls.

Going from repair kit to a spare wheel. Octavia Mk 3
You should be able to order the correct spare wheel kit that includes everything you need except the actual spare wheel, eg. foam, jack, etc. Just give the VAG parts department the OEM part number which is 5E0093860E The dealer should be able to confirm that this OEM part number is correct. For the spare wheel, you could purchase either a 6Jx15 ET43 5/112 57.1 steel rim or a 6.5Jx16 ET46 5/112 57.1 steel rim, with either a 195/65R15 or 205/55R16 tyre. If you're currently on 15" wheels, then a 15" spare wheel makes sense. If you're on 16" or larger wheels, then a 16" spare wheel makes sense. However, you could use a 15" spare wheel with 16" or larger wheels. When fitting a spare wheel that is smaller than the wheels on the car, just treat it like a space saver spare wheel and don't exceed 50mph. One advantage to using a 15" spare wheel instead of a 16" spare wheel, is that it weighs a little less. Will the spare from my Mk II fit on a Mk III?
The 205/55R16 from the Superb MK2 is probably fitted to a 7Jx16 ET45 rim, as this is the usual rim size for the Superb MK2. If it is the 7Jx16 ET45 rim size, the actual width of the 205/55R16 tyre will be about 220mm. This is about 5mm too wide to fit in the spare wheel well without lifting the carpet. So it might be best to purchase another steel rim, such as a 6Jx16 ET43 5/112 57.1 steel rim from the Karoq. This will allow you to fit the correct 215/60R16 tyre size for the Superb MK3, and then it will fit flush in the spare wheel well. The reason for the 6Jx16 ET43 Karoq rim, is because if you use the 6.5Jx16 ET41 rim from the Superb MK3, the spare wheel won't fit flush in the spare wheel well. This is because the actual width of a 215/60R16 tyre fitted to a 6.5Jx16 rim is about 221mm, which will raise the carpet.

Here's three standard ride height rear springs for the Octavia MK3 1.8TSI 4x4 estate (and other models). The 4x4 uses multilink rear suspension so these rear springs should also fit the VRS models as that also uses multilink rear suspension. These should raise the rear end by about 25mm compared to the lowered ride height rear springs such as the 5Q0511115S. Bear in mind that the 4x4 estate would normally use rear springs about two weight ranges higher than the front wheel drive estate, because of the extra rear weight caused by the four wheel drive system. gknautomotive lists 5Q0511115H as being suitable for the 4x4 estate without a towbar, and the 5Q0511115J as being suitable for the 4x4 estate with a towbar. 5Q0511115G has an 11.75mm wire diameter so should have a similar stiffness to 5Q0511115S, ie. one weight range higher than your standard 5Q0511115R. So a 5Q0511115G should be suitable for a front wheel drive car with towbar.
