  1. It is really strange that it is not faster. 0-60ft time is ok, so it has good launch, but limiter bounce kills it. Mine with Stage 1 goes 4.23s 0-100 and 12.35 1/4 (181km/h, with 1ft rollout like Dragy it is 12.18s), but best 100-200 is 11.28s. Measuered with 20Hz PGear.
  2. Camshaft magnets will always trying to keep with specified value, but as I see i range of +/-1. You need to check values with "broadband sensor" and "jump sensor". First one if upstream, before cat. Other one is downstream, after cat. They are different types, so they do not behave same way.
  3. Your magnets look ok 😞 At least when you took your photo. I guess intake one is not fluctuating a lot. Your sensor 2 looks way out. Its value is between 0 and 0.9v, notmally 0.2 to 0.7V. They say when cat is working and warmed value is around 0.7 to 0.8v, as it is removing oxygen from exhaust gases and indicating rich value. Your log is showing rich value, way too rich. While lambda is showing that it is good air/fuel ratio. Is it warmed up? If yes, then you can follow just lambda where it is 4 decimals and Sensor 2, click on graph and look at it. Both should be still, flat lines, almost. Depress the gas pedal few times and take a look at the graph. Check how both sensors behave. Lambda goes up and down very fast and steep, while Sensor 2 goes down and slowly up to flat line with little fluctuation when you release gas pedal. But, O2 narrowband sensor should never show above 1V, so it seems it it broken. Check if value is moving at all. Could be your problem, that it is correcting your fuel trims. You said they are negative? It even say this sensor is not OK, but maybe it is not warmed up yet.
  4. Can you check the adjuster. Camshaft Adjuster intake and exhaust. What are the readings? My Lambda has 4 decimal places., broadband probe is there at 1.9xx V, but Lambda actual value goes from 0.9902 to 1.088, strange you have just 1. Averaged value is there, depends, from -0.2 to up to 3.0%, I am looking at some video, before I changed magnets. You can check Oxygen Sensor bank1 sensor 2 (jump voltage).
  5. In this case E, F, G are same parts different revision. Same for B, C, D.
  6. It should not make big difference, it is revision letter.
  7. Mine were going on positive side, but somehow not always. It is hard when you are looking for a problem and you see it anywhere, from vacuum leak to fuel trims, sparks, coils,... If I remember correctly even my air mass on idle idle was not specified, like 30-40% less. Now is spot on. Variable camshaft was causing this, less air, unburned mixture misfire, then it detects lean misfire and mixture (wideband lambda is ok, but post cat is lean, should somehow correct lambda), hence adding more fuel. These engines are made to meet high emission standards and they really strugle at idle if anything is not working perfect (or let say 90%).
  8. Exhaust one was sticky too. I will record it also. It is visible by data on graph and it sounds different too. Naturally there is no lifetime part. As a matter of O2 sensors, I will jump in. Lambda should be 1, so it hovers 0.99 - 1.01, that is good value Sensor after car is around 0.720-0.780v and it is hovering around this value. If you depress gas pedal, then first one will go up, and second value down. They should react and go back after revving. If cat is bad, second sensor will fluctuate from 0.2 to 0.7 on idle. If some of them are faulty, they will not react on revving, be stuck. Or first will react slow. First one is changing fast on changes, while second one slower, there is cat on the way to take out the oxygen and make things to change slower.
  9. Fingers crossed. At least it will be much better.
  10. I agree. In Normal too, it is lose. Sport sounds and feels tightened, like it is higher class car, and other modes are bad, except for highway.
  11. New magnet for exhaust camshaft installed and here are new graph vs old graph. Red is specified, green actual. I can not feel the difference, so its minor, but still it is visible how well it is working compared to old one.
  12. Old magnet, 2 days after cleaning. New magnet.
  13. For sure 272 is making better times than 280. Both need to go in 3rd in order to reach 100, but 272 have shorter gears. 272 at 6500rpm is 80 (goes to 3rd) 280 at 6500rpm is 93 (goes to 3rd at 98, pulling it to 6800rpm) Speedo reading. In theory, I could get to 100km/h in 2nd (103-104 speedo) in manual without limiter. Or to try to shift earlier in manual, at 6500.
  14. I did it here in Serbia in Freaks Motorsport, they do software from Greek living in Germany, GT-Innovation. Best time was 4.23s, 1/4m is 12.36 and with 1ft roollout (as Dragy defaultly do) 12.18s.
  15. Solenoid is bigger. You maybe think about valve itself, but it does not have O-ring. I have measured my old one, it is 52 in fact. Dissregard measuring tape, its not perfect tool, you need to look at the middle of tape.
  16. I know the video. He was lucky with just cleaning. Mine was not stuck like that, after cleaning it was same as his, but still not working properly. Hope you will get it soon. My exhaust one is on the way. Not sure if I will have time tomorrow to replace it. it is getting dark very early, I do not want to lose screws. But I want to do this as soon as possible. Saturday morning I am going on short trip, so I want to try it and check it with VCDS on the road, but for sure I will check it in the evening too and post my results if exhaust one has improved something and how graph readings look like.
  17. I think you do not have heated rear seats Ask for refund.
  18. I did not see it either. There is rubber seal around it as separate part, but not O-ring. Maybe it is 21, but position of O-ring looks strange on the picture. At least you can see dimension and try to find it.
  19. Is it any better after you cleaned it? I think something stops to work properly even if you clean it. It is not responding strong enough or fast enough. Hot oil is there and it affects its functioning. I am waiting to hear news when you get new part? What have you ordered, which one, which price?
  20. It may look like it is not stuck/sticky. I have cleaned mine, it was almost perfectly moving, but when I replaced it 2 days later I realized how it was not like the new one, even cleaned. I will try to upload a video of new and old one for comparison. Unfortunatelly I have video of old new, 2 days after cleaning, second new one is on the way. For sure you can remove it, it is easy. There will be oil, do not worry. Underneath the magnet you will see a valve. It has two excentric holes and "button" in the middle. Cllick it with a finger, should move freely. And defaulf position should be flattened with its surrounding. As a matter of magnet, you can get it cheap, for even 20 or more. Do not know if the ones from Febi, Pierburg, Swag have incorporated change of revisioned part. Original is around 50-55.
  21. No codes at all. Running good. Economy so so, nothing unrealistic or dramatic, maybe coukd be better. I feel diffence with new magnet, I am waiting for exhaust one to see if this one is getting stuck too. Its still not perfect. But values which were fluctuating before are now according to actual, so this part was broken and even cleaning did not helped. In a few days I will replace other one and be able to say if graph for that one is better. First picture, while driving. You can see, upper two lines are intake magnet actual/specified. Lower two lines are exhaust magnet actual/specified. Difference between first two is less than 1, while for other two is more in some cases. In data left upper corner, firs is exhaust, then intake. Second picture is with old intake magnet on idle. Then exhaust is on 0. You can see how intake tries to catch 15, going up and down. You realize how good should work new magnet, following specified value.
  22. From start when cold it works good. But when it goes in closed loop and warm a little bit it starts to behave rough. And not absolutely always. No rule that you can pinpoint to problem.
  23. Try to check it out. Might be that problem. There are maybe more problems, but I guess magnets are one of issues. Maybe there is somebody with vcds near you.
  24. I checked on torque pro. These are not those values. They do not show the same value as on vcds.
