I had a Superpro rear ARB kit fitted to my 280/206 Sportline, the Golf R spec version fits and I'm happy with it. I did have to go back to Fulcrum suspension and get the nuts retightened with some loctite after they loosened and it started clunking. I took delivery of my MY19 Skoda Superb Sportline (206kw 4x4) in July last year with under 5,000km on the clock and with no evidence of any service history in its previous life as a Skoda corporate vehicle. This car is a long term keeper for me and I intend to look after and modify it to suit my wants and needs, so I had my preferred specialist perform an oil/filter change. I hit 15,000km last week and took it in for its first (and likely only) dealer service, so that I could establish a relationship in case of any warranty issues in the future. I asked which oil they use and the answer was Skoda oil... this didn't reassure me so after some discussion they agreed I could supply my choice of oil (Liqui Moly Top Tec 4200 Engine Oil 5W30) as long as it complied with their approval and specs, which it does. Now that I have the car back from the dealer I have replaced the OEM air filter with an aFE Magnum FLOW Pro 5R Air Filter and fitted the DTE Pedalbox that I got recently. The Pedalbox is great in immediately eliminating the throttle lag and improving pedal response, very happy with this and an easy fit thanks to the tips from others on here who have fitted one previously. Remaining on my to do list is deciding on: a front/rear dash cam setup, improving the air flow from airbox to turbo, a cat back exhaust upgrade and how long I can wait until I upgrade to a Stage 1 tune.

Like JR RS Ivan and others I have replaced the space saver on my Sportline 4x4 with a full sized 235/40/19 spare. Not having a dremel to trim the plastic edge, it does still fit snugly by inserting/lifting the furthest edge of the tyre first when removing/replacing. I had to trim the foam toolholder a fair bit with a long bladed knife so it didn't sit above the tyre edge. I had a flat recently and when placing the tyre back in the boot I knocked and broke the plastic securing thread (the key section at the base sheared off). I ordered a replacement (A$26) but was there was no noticeable movement or noise from the unsecured tyre during this period, likely due to the snug fit. @Newbie69 on mine the key on the mounting screw fits into a raised/domed sheetmetal fitting which sits proud of the boot floor, yours may be the same but I can't tell from your pic. Here is a crappy pic of mine and yes i couldn't be bothered to remove the tyre this time.

Space saver profile is 70 on 18" against 40 on 19" for the normal full size wheel, I assume that Skoda have this within the acceptable tolerance

After learning from another Australian member here (Ope126 ) that Fulcrum Suspensions (SuperPro) in Qld had used his Sportline 206tsi 4x4 as a test bed for certifying the fitting of the Golf R rear arb. I ordered the SuperPro rear ARB kit and had it fitted this week and I'm looking forward to going for a good drive this weekend to see the difference this makes.

I use my mirrors constantly while driving & when raining maybe its the shallow angle of the large rear window that impacts the rear vision. Just received some Rain•X to try for this exact reason.

An interesting idea Paul88, in Australia the rear wiper is nether fitted nor an option on the hatch, I wish it was. The appearance aside, clearer vision is why I would like one. If you come across a re-wiper kit we should talk

I received my June order from SuperSkoda yesterday, this included mud flaps, rear bumper protector, window weather shields and a couple of other items, touch up paint etc. Fitted these yesterday and all good with the exception of the weather shields which cause the front windows to auto re-open each time I try to close. I tried with/without the supplied clips and hold window switch for 5 seconds open/closed this didn't help. So still trying to work out where to go next to resolve this. Pics to follow when the weather allows...

I had a base line dyno run booked for today so I can start with the real at wheel output and rate against the stage 1 next options I am weighing up. The dyno operator commented that it was running at 0.9bar which I take it is low. I will confess i'm not up with turbo technicals, the last time i was modding my cars involved a 12 port head and 3 weber's 😶

Mine came with an 18" space saver spare

The modifications were secondary probably not essential, the first element was can a full size spare fit in the tyre well
