  1. I'm not sure if I'm honest best keep researching and see if you can draw anymore clues. I don't want to lead you down the garden path
  2. In my opinion it would be easier to do a straight swap with the cluster, however it may be a wiring issue. I'm having an issue with my rev counter that I keep putting off but I fully intend on a swap rather than a repair
  3. Hi pal I have a similar issues with the seats. I believe a Seat Leon seat if similar age can be used as a straight swap. @Breezy_Petedo you have any suggestions on this at all?
  4. I ended up chucking the ariel along with the base. It's was rotten at the threads hence the poor reception I was getting. New base and new ariel and it now sounds buttery smooth!
  5. Mines the same. I have just ordered a new antenna base to see if it rectifies it
  6. Definitely not tyres. They get checked every 2 weeks I'm pretty particular about that
  7. @Breezy_PeteJust one thing extra. I've noticed I'm getting about 40/50 miles less out of a full tank. Could this be related at all?
  8. Lovely I will have a look at that when I get chance. Thank you as always pal
  9. Engine is definitely not running slowly at all. Just been out in it now. Whether the fault occurs or not the engine is fine. Could it just be the instrumental cluster being faulty?
  10. No lights on at all, which is why I think it may be the pedal itself especially with it still being able to get up to speed and it only trigger when I'm pulling at slow speeds. Traffic etc
  11. Morning guys hope you've all had a pleasant Christmas. I have noticed a niggly issue where my rev counter reads incredibly low. It seems to trigger when I am in slow moving traffic. I am not losing any power and I am fairly sure that the Throttle Pedal Sensor is just playing up. The engine doesn't seem to be labouring at all when I drive or sit idle. Am I looking in the right direction or is there something else I should be looking out for?
  12. Yes they have worked in the past. What I have noticed is it points a little further down then the icon on the wheel if that makes sense
  13. I have it was fuse 11 based on this guide I found when searching the fuse box with the code on the covering panel https://car-box.info/skoda/fabia/5j-2007-2015.html
  14. I know the Mk2 are known for this. What's the best way out going around to diagnosing?
  15. Evening all My wing mirrors aren't heating so I have swapped them for new ones assuming the elements have burnt but that doesn't seem to have worked. I am dubious it is the fuse as it is the same as the fuse for adjusting them and that is working fine. Can anyone shed any further light? Thanks
