yes it was built febuary 2022 and e mail said a slight delay.skodas slight delay is nothing what i call a slight delay.4 months since that update.now every week pushed back 7 days .

i ordered my octavia vrs 4x4 diesel 200bhp estate.21 may 2021 and up to now on last up date due delivery is 8 july 2022,i will not be holding my breath.

a lot of us have waited a very long time for our cars, with the problems with chips then doors and vrs doors and wiring looms etc it is never ending.i dont mind waiting my turn but when some people get there cars and they had ordered the same cars months and months after you.must get to us all.

i know there are numerous reason why cars are delayed.what are the differences between octavias doors to a vrs doors?

do you believe him?anything a dealer says i would take with a pinch of salt.they are in the business to sell cars and to be honest do not care much about there customers it is down to there targets and bonus.spivs come to mind.

i think we are all in limbo and it is all down to the lies skoda put out.instead of coming out with one word the TRUTH .

i fear you may have to wait a lot longer for your car but you never know you may get lucky.fingers crossed for you.

never had a problem with using mine on last car and it was a auto.

just hope the comments above are correct,i got pushed back last wednesday by 7 days to 01/07/2022.

my goodyear eagle f1,on my last car a v60 volvo.did not last 11000 miles.i checked tire pressure often even the car would warn me of low tire pressures.i even took the car to the the garage to check everything out.they could find no problems with the tracking etc.what got me the wear was on all 4 wheels not the front set in which we all know wear faster.i have put it down to a dodgy set of tires[came from quick fit]i know the manger well and he could not see any problems with them either.

have a problem when asked how many weeks delayed,i put wrong number of weeks in.it will not allow me to amend it.

mine vrs estate 200 4x4 estate.ordered 21 may 2021.delivery was supposed september 2021.updated 3 febuary completed but waiting for parts.it also stated a short delay.

well i can say i ordered my octavia vrs diesel 200 4x4 estate car 21 may 2021,told delivery september 2021.latest update today pushed back to 26 june 2022.i am at the stage i am past caring i will just wait till i get my car.this year or next year.,skoda should hang there heads in shame with there lack of true information to there customers.

sorry to say there a few of us waiting longer than you,it is a never ending push back after push back.at least i may know what the reason is and it is down to the fire that disrupted the door making factory.i read on here production could be up and running by week 22.

when is week 22 and hope the story is true.

this is what bugs me,why not come out with the simple truth and tell us the cause of the delays.instead of telling people different tales,what would it do to the image of skoda be if they did this in the first place.

so does anyone know when production is expected start on rs doors,please no stories .no rumours either please.

i was told my car was built but a short delay in delivery and i am sure it was built before the fire that stopped production of the doors.

you read all the stories about our cars yet which ones are true and others are fairy tales?i would not believe anything skoda says .they have told so many lies how can anyone believe them?why just come out and say what the problem are at first it was micro chips then wiring looms then doors ,just wonder if and when they are going tell the truth/i dont know if i am thick but when you order things you go on a list then you wait your turn.sounds easy does it not but in skodas world common sense does not come into it.you would of thought when the parts come in they would complete the part built cars first but yet again not in skodas little world.a complete shambles and why have heads not come off at the top of skoda office i do not know.

i think the people in power will know all about the problems.that is why they have so called public relations people that dont even work for skoda doing there dirty work for them.
