pleased your car was updated ,i got my new car on wednesday and it still has old software on it and it is starting to act up.it baffles me you get a new car and it has not got up to date soft ware on it.it stood in the garage for 10/124 days due to a balls up in paper work at there side.so why the car was not updated then i do not know.in anycase enjoy your car and hope you have no more problems.

i got my vrs on wednesday afternoon,already have software problems,can you tell me what soft and hardware and sat nav number you have on your car please.i have already contacted skoda and they are going to get back to me dont know when but not a very happy person at the moment.

after giving my car a drive for around 120 miles yesterday,i had crash warning signings coming up,the sat nav was trying to take me off the motorway and then telling me to go around the roundabout and rejoin motorway .so in other words it does not know what it is doing.i noticed my software and sat nav have not been updated either.it makes you wonder when you get a new car and the bloody software on it is out of date.i contacted skoda who responded saying it looks like the dealer has not done what they supposed to and they will get back to me.another how can i get rid of acceleration noise on a vrs it done my head in.i have looked but unable to find how to turn or lower the noise ,i know it might sound great to a boy racer but not to me and i am no slouch when it comes to driving.not impressed after owning the car for 2 days.

on reading what you have,i got my car today and it is different to yours.ie hardware h58----software 1889---display control panel hardware h47---display control panel 2103---navigation data base 21.2----media code 3.1.4 now it has me thinking how come a lot of things are different to each other.can anyone help in letting me know if i should be contacting skoda about this?it was in the garage for around 2 weeks due to a balls up at there end.so no excuse if it required updating.can i ask can any of this be done over the air.many thanks

just got my vrs today and looking through things and that there were 2 updates outstanding.1 was software errors and another 1 aid better software updates.i would of thought the garage would of done these things before i got the car.mind i only had to press update and no problems.i hope

got my car today and done a 30 mile run on motorways and side roads with no problems at all.touch wood.now going to trawl through everything to get the settings i want.no dubt i will be asking how to do certain these because i am not up to speed with all of this high tech stuff.

i get my car tomorrow but sorry off topic i have looked on the site but cannot find it.what is the latest software should my car should have?

at long last getting my car wednesday 27/07/2022. will not believe it until i have keys in my hands.just hoping the car has no bugs like a lot of guys/girls have had in the past.it will make my wait 21 may 2021 to 27 july 2022 14 months and one week.i know we all say never get another skoda but we all have short memories.good luck to you all and hope the people who have waited longer or around the same time as me get there cars soon.

yes and a lot of people will agree with you.yet there is one point that you and a few others bring up the word.SAFETY if you are all right about this,does it not make you wonder why no countries have flagged this up?you would of thought at least one country would of raised the safety point of these issues to skoda.if they have done so why has the media not raised these points?you would of least thought the likes of AA,RAC,etc would be.then if these faults have caused major accidents you would of thought the police and other emergency services would have done so too.just a thought.

i got my vin and reg number last week so i was expecting the car this week.due to a balls up at there end.they said i had not completed paper work .so i sent them a copy and i got a sorry about that.so it is going to be next week some time.it is bad enough to wait for over 14 months and now a mix up with paperwork.from start to finish a complete shambles.

i feel for everybody who have waited over a year for there cars.i have vin number and car reg but no car yet.told it will be at dealers by 22 july and should get it by 29 july.looking at things it does look like deliveries are picking up.so i do hope you ll get good news very soon,

i have my my vin number and reg number and told it was going to be at dealers around 22 july but but expect delivery before 29 july.tried to find out more details but no joy at all.does it take 7 days to do pdi?i know guys who have said go to my skoda but been not been internet clued up how do it in step by step please.i have a short term lease by this massive delay and dont want to pay for another month if i can help.the lease company has been great but now the car is about to get delivered they dont want to help in any way,

i thought a lot of cars without matrix lights have option for changing from left to right hand driving in europe?i know my so as sportsline superb and his car has that option on it.

i am waiting for my car which is on its way to the uk.it is a lease car and i asked if i could increase the mileage by a couple of thousand and i know this would increase my monthly cost.the answer i got surprised me.they said due to the fact i was getting the car a lot cheaper than what the cost be if i ordered it today.they would have to treat it as a new contract and my payments would be a lot higher.is this right it is only altering the milage and nothing else.any help out there or should i ask skoda directly because to me the lease company are trying it on.

i was told the same on last tuesday. ,that car was on its way and should be at the dealers no later than 22 july but after pdi it could be 29 july.at least there light at the end of this very very long tunnel.I HOPE

i am to far down the line to think of doing that.it has been one hell of a wait.just hope nobody does not experience the wait some of us who had to wait a very long time for there cars and still waiting.

my car is due anytime between 22/29 july 2022 but the problems i have got is,what is the on the road price for a vrs 4x4 estate diesel 2.00 200 bhp.tried to find a price but cannot nail one down.any help please it is for insurance purpose.

that means i should of got my car over two months ago.you cannot believe a word they say.

hope i am wrong but i think you have got no hope in hell to get your car by the date they said.i was told last year in may i would have my car by 21 september and i thought thats not a bad wait.i should of known better.if i get my car on the 29 july it will be give a day or two 14 months and one week wait.things look like they picking up in deliveries so you may not wait that long.but be prepared for push back after push back like lot of us on this site.good luck
