  1. I'd rather not have assumptions. If someone has experience i'd like to hear. I believe the normal from DCC is not nearly as stiff as sport suspension.
  2. Hey guys, could you post some pictures of your O4. I'd like to see if there is real visible difference with ride height with the two setups.
  3. Yeah, i guess i'd be using it always on Sport. But now i'm thinking that how does it compare to the optional sport suspensions which i'm getting. On Golf its okay, but could be stiffer. The always-back-to-normal is really annoying, so i think that if DCC isn't much stiffer, then there's no point on getting the DCC since would rarely use other than sport.
  4. 1.5tsi has now been for 67000km. Had it from the factory. E-tec only for like 300km. ACT on both are quite the same, expect e-tec shuts the engine off when coasting.
  5. Even the invidual one? I heard that mk8 golf keeps invidual but not others. So you have the DCC and you think Sport mode is not stiff enough?
  6. So guys, if i want a daily driver with at least equivalent to current mk7.5 golf sport suspension. I've got an 1.5 e-tec Style ordered, but still not sure if i should change options. How does DCC stiff setting compare to the optional Sport suspension? Anyone could say how does it differ from golf's equivalent? Are the vRS stock dampers same as optional sport dampers? Driving modes seem to go back to normal when you start the car. Is this true? That makes DCC quite annoying to use since i'd have to always change my profile when starting the car.
  7. Ive had MY16 1.2TSI, MY18 1.5TSI and driven O4 1.0 e-tec and 1.5 e-tec. All of them had zero issues with ACT. All of them were with DSG. Sometimes i do notice when it goes off, but usually its not noticeable at all. Greatly improves fuel efficiency imho.
  8. Yeah. At first i was worried about me not getting it. Dealer confirmed this from somewhere. There was even false information in the accessory list, which claimed that it needs the wiper.
  9. How stiff is the Sport suspension vs DCC sport setting?
  10. So i can choose backgrounds, but can i save my own ones to use?
  11. Just FIY, Dealer confirmed that washer is available by default on liftback without viper. At least 2020 and onwards.
  12. Is there a race blue emblem available for mk4?
  13. Hey guys, moving from VW to Skoda. Octavia Style 1.5 e-tec ordered with dynamic packet. I'm still wondering about the different suspensions. Current Golf MK7.5 has sport suspensions, which is nice. Perhaps could be abit more stiffer. Octavia is at the moment ordered with sport suspension. Not sure how does it differ from current golf, but the rear axle is at least different. What do you guys think about the sport suspension for Style vs DCC? I'd like to have it lowered from factory, and the -15mm is quite okay. DCC gives -10mm which might not be noticeable. How does the sport suspension compare to DCC Sport setting? Or even the beyond sport selection? :) Also sport suspension has a selection on driving mode (invidual) to go from Normal to Sport, what does it really do? If i'd want least Golf's sport suspensions, should i just skip the DCC? I think i would not be changing it much away from sport. Also one thing, does driving mode always go back to Normal when you start the car? Or does it keep it on Sport or invidual? Another thing, is the Sport suspension (-15mm) same as vRS and sportline default?
