I have this bug as well. Solution is to be fast and plug iphone before infotainment boots then carplay goes through cable or just hit play repeatedly many times till it plays 😄

Same problem on iphone 13mini. I am on software 1941, and it still happens, but only when using cable (original one). I noticed, that if i plug my phone just before I turn the ignition on, this is not happening as then it runs carplay through cable, but if lets say i start the car, then my phone connects wirelessly and then i plug in the cable, then the pauses starting to happen.

Just search in settings for winter tyre warning option and turn it off.

They started refitting engine covers with new improved ones.

It reacts faster, not the matrix high beam, but when turning the steering wheel light moves faster.

Hi all. Today, after oil change, I got the new engine cover. It is entirely out plastic with some insulation.

It may be in the menu where software version is and then there is updates submenu. Or just wait next time you drive it will pop up again.

You have to be stationary to confirm.

Just drive i S and you’ll get your gear numbers. I found that D changes gears way too early and it is a strain on gearbox and fly wheel. And car feels much more alive.

Hey guys, Noticed only yesterday while driving with windows open that when going at low speed for example through slow bumps or potholes there is a clunking sound coming from front wheels. It sounds like some loose metal or smth like that. No sound when windows closed. Im pretty sure i heard it when the car was new didn’t that into account. Anyone else noticed that? I booked at a dealer to have a look at that. Car has only 35k kms and never seen any dirt roads or smth like that and roads are pretty good where i live.

Hi. So got this error after starting car after 3days: Drive system error, please visit workshop and start stop system error. Alongside there was check engine light and car got into limp mode. Restarted the car and problem got away, and after multiple driving sessions and about 1k kms never happened again. This was what i got after scanning with obd11.

After living with 1941 for about a week. Came here from 1896. Had no big problems, apart from Canton settings getting reset and random restarts on startup. Now all the bugs are gone. Whole system feels faster, everything boots quicker. Reverse camera is instant now. Apple carplay seems to boot up quicker and it seems gps reception is better (before that got weak signal when using waze etc.) so i dunno if this is the software or just coincidence. But for now I’m very happy with it.

Hi, don’t know about sync settings as these worked fine for me, but Canton resetting bug is gone! After 1.5 half years of owning car I finally don’t have to mingle with those settings every time i get into the car 😄

Just done the update. All went flawlessly 🎉 took a car for a quick spin. Systems seems to be snapper, very evident on reversing camera as now it is instant. Seems that sound setting bug is gone! That one annoyed me most. Will see how it goes further.

Lets go! Now really worried about battery 😄 but obdeleven showed good health so lets hope ✌️

Hey all. Maybe someone has done or has a manual for it - removing interior light in the rear (ones in the headliner). Somehow a tiny fly got into one and it just triggers my ocd 😄 thanks!
