Just wondering - those of you who already have the VIN number (and no car), how often do you check MyŠKODA app? Asking for a friend ofc 😊

I agree, they don’t have info and they just speculate.

I’m not sure what I’d prefer, waiting a bit longer and getting a MY23 car or knowing that my car is parked somewhere for 2 months, waiting for who knows what… of course no one can guarantee that your MY23 will leave the factory immediately after being built…

Today I kindly asked my dealer to send me VIN number - to check in MyŠKODA app. Doesn’t work, so clearly not finished yet. But did catch info of delayed delivery to week 24/22, this is next week. We’ll see what happens.

We’ve all seen what the dealers’ estimations are like 😁

I guess things are moving forward a bit, we should all be getting some info soon 🤞

Plenty of those 1.0 engines available in new Fabias in stock here in Slovenia, almost no Octys (there was a Sportline a while ago, not sure if still available).

Could be, a quick glance revealed mainly DSG while I didn’t check other things 😊

I noticed the majority of cars we are waiting for are DSG automatic. And cheers for the spreadsheet, having all in one place surely helps 👍

2.0 tdi dsg style, ordered Aug 2021, built with VIN since 11/04/22, waiting parts. Current status: delayed delivery. Slovenia, car ordered at main importer (Porsche Slovenija).

So much for the promised “car will be finished in max 3 months after being built” 🙄

Yep, sounds familiar, car built but missing parts…I had confirmed built last week, car made more than a month ago and is now parked, waiting, no one knows when ready for transport.

Some news (or rather no news) from my dealer: Porsche Slovenia asked the dealers not to check the status of unfinished vehicles on a daily basis, because they have no info from the factory about the finishing date. The last info they got from the factory was that the vehicles would be finished in 3 months after production has been confirmed (their words, not mine, so not sure if this is within 3 months after being parked somewhere in the field). According to the dealer there are at least 100 ordered vehicles parked. My next question was if there were any new deliveries lately, but I guess it was sent past the working time and will maybe receive something tomorrow. So basically, stop asking, they have no clue whatsoever 😁

Exactly, dealers have some info, making their own assumptions, Skoda gives out generic answers… Getting tired 🥱 of waiting, more than 3 months until September, kinda doubt that as well with summer closures of factories in general…

Hi, yesterday / today, units of the RS pieces, which are complete, have only just started to be produced. Until then, they were incomplete and are on the parking lot. I guess this applies to many others as well, not only RS models.

No such calls since last December (blind spot detector).
