My App froze in time... The app shows the status of the car in 17 May, after that I dont have any atualization from all the screens, State of Vehicle, mileage,etc... The care connect only expires in July for me.

Hi, I know i'm late, but I can give you my feedback. I'm from Portugal also, and mine IV has 7.5k km (but only 3 months old). I noticed since day one that when i'm turning the steering wheel at low speeds, I heard a noise coming from the suspension. At first I thought it could be from the new tires, but no... Still hear the noise when i'm parking for instance. I reported to my dealer and they tried to fix it puting some kind of grease (I don't know the exat term in english, sorry!). But that fix only became worse. They said that could fix it, but in case if doesn't result they have to disassemble and assemble again (without any new parts involved). Thanks!

I received a call from the dealer today, and they will replace the head unit. The problem is that they have to order that head unit and can take 2-3 weeks to arrive...

Hi all, Today appeared in my octavia IV (manufactured in 06/2021) the SOS fault, Park Assist fault, and the biggest problem, the infotainment is off. If I try to turn on pressing 7 or 8 seconds, he turn on and enter in cycle, turning on and off, and finnaly became off again. I cant choose between hybrid/electric, using AC, radio, nothing... Because the infotainment stays off. Anyone with similar problem? I booked with my dealership this week to diagnose the problem. The car has 7k km.
