Daughter has a 4gb ipod and the battery is rubbish, i used to have a 20gb zen and it was great until i dropped it, but managed to get an exchange for the new colour screen 20gb and yes it does freeze quite alot of the time. But the battery is excellent.

I have been with churchill for the last 3 years, but every year I do a search on confused and get the cheapest like for like quote then tell churchill and they have always matched that cheaper quote for me. Currentley I am paying

Does anyone know how to change the ariel on my octavia II, I want to use one of those short aluminium ones but dont know how to do it? I went to to my local dealers Bickertons of Sheffield and they said they didnt know they just know its an anti theft ariel. So if anyone can help:thumbup:

This is my second octavia from Bickertons, they are A+++. Jeff sorted me out with my L&K, and jeff you were right about the dsg gearbox its brill.

Just thought I would tell everyone about the 2 high strength magnets I have put on my Octavia II 2.0 tdi pd with the dsg gearbox. Before I installed them I used to average 40mpg knocking about, now I average 48mpg knocking about and 58mpg on a long run. The magnets are installed just after the fuel filter, I did this after I heard audi are experimentig with magnetic fuel lines.

I own the same car and have done around 150 miles today an averaged 58mpg. I must admit tho I am a very steady motorway driver. Never really going over 70mph. Evan knocking about local I get 48mpg:) . Must be the way you drive lol. Or is it because I have fitted 2 magnets to the fuel lines just after the fuel filter? I did this because I read that Audi were experimenting with magnetic fuel lines as it ionises the fuel giving a better mpg. I used to have a magnet called a green pilot, but I left it on a car:( . So I searched ebay and found a guy selling strong magnets plastic coated in the shape of 2 U`s which just tie wrap around the fuel line. So I bought a couple and noticed better mpg almost straight away.
