I never tried a 2nd user, I just saved her seat position, so cannot comment on that part. For the software reaching the car, I only had temporary issues or longer waiting times. Or the shortcut to climate in Apple homekit exosystem get messed up and need to open the app again. These stayed, but in general their app works after a few long seconds of waiting time

soooo, sw update done. What I already see: carplay black screen seems to be solved mobile reminder switch solved mobile parking didn’t arrive unfortunately if something else interesting comes up I will share that too

edit: Sorry somehow my post got broken… So I have a slot on the 19th for other issues with charging flap and the massage seats, so I will ask around about the update. But so far I never heard from anyone that an update was released for our version :( And another issue connected I believe is the mobile parking feature that we miss due to the early production

I read back and you say your car is newer, so it was never impacted by this issue, so I am not sure how we ended up in this continuation, but I anyway appreciate you trying to help me. So in case anyone have any news about the infotainment system update from the old version with the carplay bug, I am all ears :)

My Adas was also fixed, but each time my son changes the temp on his side, the whole screen goes black for 3 seconds 🥲Did your got resolved? I am stuck on the old sw version for the infotainment system. It only happens with carplay though

Any of you heard any good news regarding this update? The car is more than a year old and still having these chlidish bugs around is ****ing me off :(

The multimedia system version and the car software modules like the assist systems seems to be totally unrelated. In case the version number changes in your infotainment module as well, then please let us know. that would be big news

I just got my car back, with the feedback that there is no newer infotainment software available fot my car for the service center to install. If I believe there is a newer version (based on the posts here there is, however the part number is also newer), I shall reach out to the importer and then to the factory… Weird, but I will try to do it regardless. Will lett you all know if something useful comes out of it, until then I have to refrain from changing temperature near crazy intersections 🥲

I also just got the assist updates and when they called that the car is ready, I forced them to look up the infotainment sw version and it also says 2460, with the carplay bug still present. I asked them to try to get hold of a newer software for that too, but I don’t have high hopes 😞 I noticed that the part number also differs on the newer versions, but next step is reaching out to skoda dev center if this doesn’t produce any fruit.

I can reduce the value, but cannot extend above the current charge. Its a pity, because the car doesnt even maintain the exact charge in manual mode and preheating is limited to above 25% charge. So I miss this feature too

Hi there, welcome to the small frustrations club 😁 I drive a left hand drive plug-in and I recall having issues with the dipping mirror where I could only get the lefthand side to dip, but the not the right, which was a total waste like this. I could just raise a bit and see the curb on my side obviously… Then I gave up and haven’t looked at it. Maybe worth a try if in your rhd one the right mirror can dip. If you resolve it and get the opposite side to dip, I would be interested! For the mobile reminder there is an on/off switch at the bottom of the audio settings menu. I wanted to turn it off, as it keeps reminding even for plugged in cables without any device at the other end. However, the switch doesn’t work on mine, it is constantly on. Wish you luck with this one too!

Did you try to turn on the windshield wipers for a moment? Would be nice to confirm the behavior I noticed as a working or notworking workaround

No, if someone calls, it rings, I can pick it up but can only hang up from the screen (except when reversimg, cause then it is locked on the radar). I actually decided to make a structured list of issues/improvement requests and will try to submit it to Skoda directly. I will share my findings with you guys in a new thread. This topic shall be on that list

You make it sound like there was a factory option to select active TPMS, which there wasn’t, at least where I live. Edit: Interesting, so it indeed was an option for you guys. Unexpected to differentiate in having this as an option or not by country. (HU here) Thanks anyways!

How do you get it to tell you the actual pressure values? Mine is very secretive and I only get an all OK, but no values

The radar definitely worked as it adjusted the recuperation based on the distance to the vehicle in front, but the assistance features were totally off. I am happy they are working on a fix. Sorry to hear about your 5 week stay at the shop :(( I cannot comment on the battery drain as in my case the battery is being recharged if I have it on ignition.

I had this issue yeaterday. I tried removing the relevant fuse to no awail. Then on a whim decided to wipe the screen as usually this issue appears when the camera is blocked. Even though my windshield was fully clean before, this fixed it!! Probably the wipers moving has a software trigger built in to recheck the camera visibility and reinitiate these assist systems. I suggest you give this a try before visiting the dealership.

I havent faced any issues with an iphone 13 mini, other than it sometimes wants to use the cars hotspot as well, which doesnt have a data plan connected and gets stuck without an internet connection 😅 If you can provide a bit more details on your specific issue you may get better answers. Like what phones you tried, what actually are you trying to achieve? Cabled/wireless aauto/carplay, bluetooth, myskoda connection, etc

Unfortunately you are very right, I just had the same xp yesterday. If I initiate the call hangup with thumb works, otherwise not.

you can probably hack it by setting the charge to % above the current charge level to pause, then increase to restart.

AC charging only 3 options: -max charge limit -5w or 10w -if you can remove the cable if charged but car locked locking/unlocking doors: yes. also if you leave a key inside it will be disabled until you remotly open it. However if you place the disabled key in the cup holder it gets reenabled even if you dont open the car. Havent tested if it works with the alarm going yet 🙃

pendrive with C adapter works, only tested for movies for kids, mp4 and mkv worked, but sometimes the ui crashes and had to turn off everything and start over

Sounds weird about the package connection. Sim card is mandatory for SOS, they just charge for the convenience features. My car has it included for 3 years, but even after this is something you can. buy in the app or car without visiting a dealer… However, I just checked and the 3 year care-connect feature indeed asks for the bigger screen in Selection models in Hungary as well. Honestly after deciding on Phev, the rest of the extras were only causing around 10-15% in price, so I decided to go for full convenience this time
