  1. As per the title... Is the USB in the armrest storage an AUX/Data port or is it just a charge port ???? 2019 L&K 150 with Columbus infotainment.
  2. Also.......is their anyway of exporting saved locations onto a card/drive so I can transfer them from my current car onto the 2019 later this week??
  3. I just had a new Sandisk 32gb class 10 delivered today. It will suffice for this update??
  4. Oooops.......I am, of course, mistaken.
  5. Fairly sure it is the Mib2 high going by your breakdown. It's a mid 2019 build L&K model with the Columbus infotainment. Definitely not the 2020 facelift.
  6. So I'm going to be really really cheeky.......as only an Irish person could. Do you still have the SD card with the correct map files on it?? I'm getting a 191 L&K later in the week and I'm a numpty when it comes to all this formatting and extracting and zipping stuff.
  7. Mk1 or Mk2 Superbs did not have DSG gearboxes. Do you mean EGR ??
  8. It's a brilliant feature......particularly for motorway driving. When I got the car first it was an irritation but now I wouldn't be without it.
  9. My mechanic has a Snap-On diagnostic thingyamejig.............I wonder would thie enable him to correctly install a battery for me???
  10. Thaks for that. I'm dropping from my 2016 190tdi to a 2019 150tdi in a couple of months.......... and I don't want to feel robbed of power/torque.
  11. Can I ask who you used for the tuning??
  12. I have also read that the throttle pedal can loose it's calibration and not show up a fault code.
  13. No, I don't mean VNT .......I mean Variable Valve Timing.....to seperate sets of lobes on the cam and an actuator moves the cam to have timing to suit the power demand. This actuator can stick/fail and basically leave the car timed wrong. The engine could be stuck in a "high lift" setting...... so that's why it performs well when it comes on boost but you have a very lazy throttle performance in the low rev range. Some of the VW engines have this system and they do give trouble.
  14. I'm not sure if your engine has VVT...........but if it does, do a bit of research on the actuator that controls the VVT system.
  15. Do you mind if I ask what issues the failed throttle pedal where causing ??
  16. I've been running 40psi for a few years now.........I just changed my tyres and have opted for 38psi with this set, which feels ok.
  17. What engine/drivetrain is in your car........you won't need a specialist to tell you what gearbox it has.
  18. I've asked this before and never got an answer.........Is it possible to transfer saved locations from one car to the next when it's time to change car (I'll be changing from a 2016 L&K to a 2019 L&K) ???
  19. I don't want to state the obvious but just order them from your local Skoda parts dept. Can I ask what happened that you need to replace them ???
  20. Is it possible to replace just the electric actuator unit on the turbo ?? (2016 2.0tdi 190)
  21. I would say if you are using your Nav (GPS) through Apple Car Play (or Android Auto) that would sound about right. The GPS eats battery so quick that a wireless charger will just about stop the phone discharging it's battery.
  22. Thanks for the reply. The 150 engine was upgraded around 2020 to an Evo version with stronger torque, As you point out, I'm not bothered by the headline power figure, It's the torque I'm more interested in.
  23. As per the title......has anyone got first hand experience of reults from remapping this engine ?? Would it be a match for a standard 2.0tdi 190 ??
  24. Hi, does this throw up any sort of a warning light ?? (or affect any other systems)
