Please Help
Depends if you worry about things that aren’t important. There is a reason the exhaust goes outside the the car rather than into the cabin.

Please Help
The catalytic converter converts CO to CO2. Almost impossible to have an issue inside the car without a serious malfunction.

2025 Skoda Octavia: Can the Coasting/Neutral Roll Feature Be Disabled?
I wouldn’t worry about start stop despite various videos doing the rounds warning about it. The cars are designed for it and the system is very sophisticated. For example it will even stop the engine with one cylinder at TDC so that re-start is essentially instantaneous.

Maybe this is something only for non RS models. Pretty sure mine will only coast in ECO mode. Never had the engine turn off doing down a hill or have the gearbox go into neutral in the same circumstance.

Dead Battery-VRS mk 4.5
No issues. I’m not saying stop start is the cause it was the symptom that the battery was not okay as the car won’t use stop start if the battery voltage is too low. I simply must have had a bad battery from new. It happens. I think this is largely bunk. Stop start probably doesn’t provide real world fuel savings that it does in the official fuel economy testing but it won’t produce accelerated bearing wear. There is no evidence of such a thing despite how long the tech has been in place and there are plenty of other failings of modern VAG and other manufacturers

Dead Battery-VRS mk 4.5
Yes mine was replaced at about 6 months as noted in other threads you can search. Hint was the auto start stop hardly ever operated and some very occasional weird error lights which led me to the dealer to check it and they replaced it. Problem solved.

No idea but he first thing is try is leaving your seatbelt on. The warning is clearly designed to warn about leaving the car with the engine still running.

iv battery-only range
Also remember the hybrid is quite a bit heavier than the ice car too so another reason for plenty of air pressure
-
iv battery-only range
It will make a difference.

iv battery-only range
Must have different tyres than me then. Normally pressures are but in a manual but on the sticker in the four frame or similar. Definitely 39 for the 225/40 19s

iv battery-only range
Other thoughts. The 60km will be city too not any open road stuff. Also not sure what wheels and tyres are on the IV but my ICE RS the tyre pressure is 39psi not 33.
-
iv battery-only range
60km is perfection. Anything other than about 20C ambient temperature when driving, gradient, rain, air con, heated seats etc will all detract from that. Tyre pressure is important too.

Love my new wheels
19” wheels are standard at least in NZ. In comfort mode it’s okay on bad road surfaces

Identical to mine then. It’s been perfect since.

Octavia vRS FL first impressions
Maybe I’m misunderstanding what you are looking for but in the virtual cockpit screen mode that has the dials and fuel info in the centre rotating the right thumb wheel switch between fuel consumption since start, refuel or long term

12 V battery is being discharged. Please start the engine.
I have a 4.5 and no that it isn’t normal meaning the specific warning message. What is normal is that if you turn on the ignition the yellow battery icon will illuminate to tell you the battery is discharging

12 V battery is being discharged. Please start the engine.
Firstly you are taking about a 6 year old Polo and the op has a brand new Octavia. Secondly the car can’t restart if it’s not been started first.

12 V battery is being discharged. Please start the engine.
Yes this is normal my car is the same both now and after the new battery. It just means the battery is discharging because the engine isn’t running. As I said earlier your symptoms seem identical to mine now you’ve got the same stop start not reliably working.

12 V battery is being discharged. Please start the engine.
There you go then. On mine once I drove to the gym, stopped the engine but a podcast was still running and within 30 seconds or so it shut the car off saying it needed to preserve battery. Also got a few random ADAS and such error lights that would come on and then go off within a few miles. All clues to low battery voltage.

12 V battery is being discharged. Please start the engine.
Try not doing that and see. Mine would go days or weeks without turning off. Now it does it so often, like you, I end up turning it off

Does the stop start system work? Mine didn’t and it got a new battery recently after 6 months and 4,000km
