I don't use the video streaming so I really don't know how it works or look I know with obd11 you can activate video streaming 2022 differents not really I hope it is more stable

For video streaming you need obd 11 to activate video streaming. I don't use video streaming in my car because of the heavy traffic and the fine for watching under driving. Till now the 1989 is very stable runs good. Think there is up to now not much difference

I got just the new software version 1989. Curious what's it is gonna bring. Already satisfied with 1985 but i love gadgets and up to date materials. One thing from the beginning with software 1969 til now mine park to pay or pay to park still not working. But i am not using that anyway to prices of parking are ridiculous. So i hope this one is even better then 1985 we will see.

There is no component protection. You can change them in the right order No contact on. Undo the screws. Remove fuse 30 and 46. Change the screens. Put it in place and put the fuses back. Make contact. If it's all normal screens starts up no problems. Screws back in place ready to go. All is to read and see in the pictures in this forum. It's simpel but don't forget the fuses Before I forget screen must be H49 hardware. 44 to 47 had the same problems

One week update. No problems anymore. Hoor it stays this way. Very happy with the upgrade. H49 hardware is much better then the h47

I bought it from a dutch company called vd Ven is a dealer in parts for all cars.. I saw that RRR.lt sold them to. Ebay.co.uk has them. But watch the H49 hardware versions there should be a picture with the right hardware on it. I paid 425 euro's for it. Mine is a year old from a 2024 plate

After a few days driving with a disconnected slider i replaced the screen for a H49 hardware version from a 2024 Octavia. Hope the screen demons that belong to the H47 are gone now. 30 min to swap simple job.

I upgraded from hardware H47 to Hardware version 49. The old version is not ok. There is no component protection. Only thing when swapping remove fuse number 30 and number 46.

Today i replaced my screen. From h47 to a H49. I hope the screen demons belong to the h47 and never come back. Easy to swap. 30 min work. My dealer promised to refund me. He had no options but i have.

I have read all off your comments. Damn i have the same problems. Turning on and off when the car is closed and volume goes on mute. I have made the disconnection that @omeromeryigit supposed and for now it is oke. Volume is on the steeringwheel. For now no powerbuttun or volumebar/slider But the dealer keeps me waiting and waiting so i orderded a Hardware version H49 from a 2024 Octavia and i am going to put that one in. Hope this week to recieve it. Paid a 400 euros but it is worth it. On RRR.lt are more to find. Hope if you need one you will able to find one. They are rare and hard to find. the older crappy versions are plenty. Thanks to all off you for sharing there problems story's and solutions.
