  1. Could be roll bar knocking on the driveshaft, did you fit shorter drop links? Topmounts? Could also be wishbone bushes.
  2. Yo yo yo! How have I missed this?! Good to see it's all up to date. Much love for this!. Ps gimme the claws
  3. I know how you feel, I'm only at ollerton (other side Worksop) and there not much better. Did you try a shorter extension so you could get the angle? He may aswell do the springs if he's doing the shocks tbh as it'll be a lot easier once he's got the shock off anyway
  4. Followed that madcow stuff for a while and it's always got good reviews tbh. I do like my poorboys stuff but I may try a few things from the cow range.
  5. Mine hasn't got the washers for the lights either which should look a bit better. Need to get the to do list sorted first though.
  6. I'd already planned to have it done but seeing this has put my mind to rest as to what it'd look like
  7. Streets have masses of adjustment too which is a good thing, the rides not bad too Iirc the mk1 is the same as the mk2 and you have to undo them from under the wheel arch?.. Get a decent long extension on and make sure the sockets sat right as there at a funny angle. Plenty of brute force should see you right, then just grease them up before you put them back.
  8. Ordered a twin pillar pod aswell so I can make my own up again. Will house boost and volts so I can keep an eye on things.
  9. Car is poorly so the to do list is: New battery Compbrake topmounts 4x 205/40/18's Concerns that one of my FK shocks is bust but I'll check that once I strip it to fit topmounts. Bumpstops x4 I had 95% considered throwing the towel in and reverting bk to normal but it just came 3rd out of 38 cars for a charity calendar photoshoot and after seeing how the smooth front bumper idea looks I'm going to carry on with it. Smooth Bumper Then there's the rear to smooth and arches to flare. Wheel colour change or maybe a wheel change will also happen.
  10. It's took a bit of work and I still get a bit of rub with a full car. Once the arches are flared it'll be all good
  11. Was me that put it up on fb Phones been going mad due to comments and likes I agree it is awesome!
  12. I fancied a cage and buckets for the mk2
  13. Every guise gets better and better I love it Towels not being thrown In just yet although I admit I've been close to giving in just lately. Spotted one with a smooth bumper so now I know what it looks like it'll be getting done. Also got a photoshoot for a charity calendar coming up in which it came 3rd out of 38 cars so I I've got no choice but to sort it lol. Anymore plans for yours?
  14. It's getting a fair bit of love
  15. Mate if you think no one likes it you need to get yourself on fb! So much love off everyone that's seen it . Mine needs 4 tyres, topmount, tracking and maybe one of the FK's has bust. Not sure till I strip it down.
  16. 8.5x18 ET25 I do have some 5mm rear spacers to go on to bring the backs down to et20
  17. Spied it on fb dude, looking good. Shame I missed it but cars poorly :(
  18. It's not the width that's the issue it's the ET, get it right and you'll be fine. Try: Willtheyfit.com Have a mess with ET's to see what suits Also look on http://www.tyrestretch.com/9.5_225_40_R18/ to see how a 225 sits on a 9.5j rim.
  19. It would have looked odd with just a front badge so this was my only option. Some cut the handle down but I've just bent it round so it doesn't catch the grille
  20. New grill. Needs painting but that'll come.
