Mines fitted with a piston type dv and still does it. I'm running a single piece autotech intake but I'm looking at getting one made up with a bigger diameter pipe.

Yellow is the best colour on a mk1, why change it? Have you tried vanish on the interior? Works wonders or maybe even dye the centres like some others have done. Great little read and keep up the good work.

Too small for what? I run 18's and it looks fine

Battery off or low? I had them the other day after working on the car and letting the battery run down. Quick blast and it's all fine.

Mk4 golf or a3 are the ones you want to be looking for, They fit straight in. Mk3 golf has a weird fitting at the fronts and the rears just slide into the runners on wheels so are totally different and not worth the aggro and work involved tbh.
