Finally I've fit Combi RS seats on my Trend Hatch. Front fits perfect. Rear fits perfect (both are "folding" ones) Fixed part on rear wheel arch fits ok, but not 100%, because there's a small space between cushion and wheel arch on the top. You can see some wires through this. Not a big headache for me. Maybe clips should be adjusted a bit more.

Solved !!!! The problem was about key matching process: - I had diferent messages on FIS when key was turned on (seatbelt warning and service remainder) - During key matching, led didn't switch off indicating that it was all ok, due to this annoying messages on FIS (I hope) Then: 1. Fastened seatbealt 2. Set Service Remainder to 0 on vcds ---> no messages on FIS (only immo not adapted) 3. Started key matching as described on rosstech And finally solved ! ----- If someone is interested, I discovered something about measuring blocks screen on Immo module (see previous picture). The screen showed a "3" only when key was turned on, but changes to 0-no error, when key was removed ---> great thing, because VCDS continues retrieving data without key turned on

Try with vcds, maybe it's not a wire problem... Maybe there's a colleague with a VCDS near you. Also try to remove radio back wire, antenna/s and then take out the unit. Maybe the problem is a burned wire or a ground wire with intermitent connection, both typical electric problems.

only one screw behind Skoda badge, then a some clips (you probably break some, but you can buy on dealer). It's the same procedure on Facelift/Non-facelift, although grille differs on external form, fixing clips/holes are the same.

You need to check with Diagnostic System/VCDS. Inside the door there's a "crash sensor", maybe it's unplugged or damaged.

On a non-MP3 Stream, you can use CD-INPUT as Aux in, just use CD-Left CD-Right and Ground I have fitted a USB (CD emulator) and plays analog music through this lines

They go screwed, you can buy oem, aftermarket ones,... but I recommend Cupra R or S3, because can last more than RS ones

Mine are audi q3 7,5x17 5x112 et 45 and fit as factory car. If you need more, you can fit 19" seat leon cupra (glossy black or dark grey looks amazing), also RS6 new model looks fantastic

I'm from spain, not easy to meet Eddie-NL, but maybe he can help me: - I need to match keys from zero? Austoscan says no error, and car starts and immo works... Or - I need to start from unplug clister and repeat all cluster + key matching My car is a pre-facelift, according to ross-tech I need only VCDS and newer cluster pin. I have vag commander 5.1 but I don't know how to match keyswith It. NOTE: I oppened another post asking for an facelift immo, It's not for me, It'sfor a friend who also bought an used cluster and is trying to setup. Both are worried because It's not as easy as other VCDS tricks.

We want to get pin, then try to setup the cluster or go to dealer to set up Witch is the correct version of K+can comander for facelift? Is it immo 5 or immo 4? Is it EDC or MED 17? I know that is a VDO with NEC chips. (Remember that It's for my friend with a 1.9 tdi CR skoda octavia facelift, maybe can I see EDC version on VCDS)

There are electrical mechanics near here, but only work on octavia mk1 (there are a lot of taxis with a cluster problem), nothing for mk2. ------ Eddie I have can commander 5.1, but It cannot read on facelift octavia, many thanks for the offer (I'm spanish)

Hi, I used VAG COMMANDER 5 on my car to match new FIS/Maxidot Cluster, but it's not compatible with a friend with a skoda octavia 2010 restiling. It seems to have VDO with NEC 24C32 eeprom, witch is not compatible with VAG Commander 5.0. Anyone knows the correct "china" cable to get the PIN? AVDI - Arbitrus and VAG KM + IMMO tool seems to work but are so expensive (> 500€) Many thanks.

Hi,last weekend I replaced my Cluster (miniDot / Non-FIS) to an used maxiDot / FIS Cluster. Te process of cluster matching ended OK, but first attempt on matching keys failed. First Time Instrument Cluster: grp1 YES grp3 0 0 0 0 Later times (now): grp1 YES grp3 0 0 0 3 I have no errors on Autoscan, car works, but the immo yellow led light is blinking Please can you help me?
