Well - what are Sundays for..... a good old detailing day! The weather played ball and my detailing buddy came over to help out and enjoy a beer or two. Karl's Fabia vRS and our Z4.... sorted :thumbup:

Hoping to have a refill arrive on my DW - Pro Edition wax today.... all being well. My Definitive Wax Pro Edition V1 - lasted 18 months all in all. Pot #1 of 10; from the initial launch batch - with lifetime refills!!! So my "free for life" refill is with DPD today...... 2 great updates on this received yesterday..... the Refill pot will be New Pro Edition V2. Plus - as its taken longer than expected (5 weeks so far) - i get a 2nd pot for FREE!!! Slightly annoyed that its taken so long - but a nice gesture from the Definitive Team.

Totally agree Karl. Helped him research this purchase and test drive a couple of RS3's as well..... 12 months on, 6k miles, first service next week. Will be for sale very soon; as he is freeing up cash for some property development in 2017.

Detailing world is good - but probably TOO MUCH in one go mate. You should get good advice and help on here. On the WP stuff - i only just received it and havent used it yet, so hard to recommend. Helped a mate from work give his RS3 a quick maintenance wash yesterday. He's currently moving house and all his detailing gear in storage until Springtime. Came up quite well.....

Tricky one...... watch temperature and humidity levels - IMO. Even yesterday just topping up with some QD application i was struggling a little. Temp was 7 to 8 degC and humidity 70%

The sale hasnt been as good this year - IMO. But i still have grabbed a few bargains; primarily on the 5L options - which easily keep me going for 12+ months. I spotted on the FB page last night quite a few complaints about low stock levels on the sale overall.
