  1. I did think it might be tricky, as there is no physical button and turned on via a virtual button on the screen.
  2. Wow, just read from start to finish, some excellent work, some very nice upgrades. can a heated screen be retro fitted to an Enyaq VRS?
  3. Cool very nice car Trev. Are you going to return the wheels to Silver?
  4. Had a M3P Tesla, just couldn’t get on with it, wipers never worked no phone integration ie Apple CarPlay. just lots of little things that niggled, then Lynz’s Enyaq arrived and it’s days were numbered, so now have two Enyaqs.
  5. New or used? if used, look for convenience pack plus. std on the VRS not sure about others.
  6. Have been thinking about it!
  7. And not to be outdone mine has arrived . And I love it so far.
  8. Realised I never posted a pic of my wife’s Enyaq. Had it over a year now and she loves it.
  9. Congratulations it’s been an epic build, now time to enjoy it.
  10. Had mine pumped up whilst on Holiday as we had a fair bit loaded. Found the car steering felt really light, much better with them back down to normal. managed a to drive from the south of France overnight to home, 770 miles in 11,47mins driving time and only stopped a couple of times. avaraged 39mpg on that journey so can’t complain about the 1.5 engine.
  11. This will be epic, loving the cassette player, think I may have one in the garage that came out of our long gone 2.0i Fabia
  12. Good to meet you again today, after a few years! Citigo looked great, can’t believe you didn’t mention you won the Darkside Fabia, had a few tickets myself!
  13. We have an Enyaq and love it, also had a Tesla M3P as well at the same time, afraid to say we used the Enyaq more, just felt the better car, ie you can turn the windscreen wipers on and off when you wanted! loved the acceleration of the M3P but you do get bored of it and then it just becomes a car with to bigger touch screen and no buttons. and has no soul. Having gone back to petrol, I do miss the smoothness of ev power.
  14. That looks nice Pete.
  15. Having owned a Tesla M3P side by side to the Enyaq, I would go for the Enyaq everyday, it’s by far the much better car to use. Hence why the Tesla has gone and replaced by a Kodiaq to accompany the Enyaq and Citigo.
  16. Ok thank you, that’s the screen I got.
  17. Well managed to dodge the rain for a few minutes and checked all the pressures added a few more psi in each. Am I being thick? I can’t find anywhere to rest the pressures, Menu - Vehicle - settings - tyres. Takes me to a screen that shows wheel size and suspension settings ie 5 seats or 7 seats also winter tyres yes or no and speed rateing limit. nowhere can I reset the tyre pressures. But the screen that shows the 4 wheel pressures has updated to new pressure for each wheel. So I’m guessing it does it automatically, like my Tesla did. A good improvement over my Mk3 Octavia where you had to go into the tyre settings and press reset with the engine off.
  18. Belt slipping due to damp in the air?
  19. Must confess not checked the pressures myself, as I’ve only just got it. But will check and reset in the morning. car is in the shade till about 10am.
  20. Noticed a few times when it’s cold in the morning the TPMS flashes and Bongs, but when I flick to the screen it highlights both tyres on the drivers side in Orange, but the pressures are exactly the same as passenger side and the correct pressure. Within a few miles it’s all normal, no warning and pressures exactly the same but not highlighted. Anyone else had this?
  21. Has anyone managed to update logos on a 22 year car? All my other cars was just able to upload them from a usb A drive.
  22. That seems like ages ago, you built that first one, be interesting to see you refurb of this one Ross.
