My 2.0 warms up faster than an Eskimo in a brothel ! It's pretty amazing. My previous 1.8Tsi was pretty quick and the 1.9Tdi before that was a nightmare .... I used to drive the bloody thing 7 miles to warm it up for the little 'un and it STILL wasn't warm !!!

This is me at the moment .... Front are nearly down to wear markers and rear have 4.6 to 5mm... I've done loads and loads of research because I intended to swap all 4 and move away from the Michelin Sport S.. The Sports may not wear as well as some but they are such a fantastic tyre i've decided to stick 2 new ones on the back and move the back to the front ....

When I put my foot down it sounds like the gates of hell have opened !!! ( In reality when I'm parked on the drive I can hear them clicking as they open and shut .... Thats how I know they are there but HEY !!! It's cool ... Right ? ) Edit to Say ... If you own a 272 DO NOT read the text in brackets please ...

Welcome to the forum Beast :-) We are a friendly lot here ... Well the 280 owners are... 272 Owners suffer a bit from Exhaust Flap envy but they are ok... Rest of em .... Pah ...

1) Estate looks MUCH better than hatch... Buy in red .. 2) Sportline looks sporty. L&K for ultimate kit I have SEL. It's OK 3) 2.0 Petrol of course ! Must be 272 or 280 - 280 Has Exhaust flaps so thats pretty much the one to go for ....

Unlikely but I would never use 95Ron fuel in my car 97 at a minimum and more often than not 99.
