To be fair my guys have never let me down i'll put 25 quid in each day and see what happens .... Could have been something with the filler that having a fiddle sorted ..

So this afternoons update .... I've put 25 quid in and tank is around a third full. No petrol smell. I'll put another 25 quid in tomorrow and see what happens. Good job really as I've not heard a peep from the dealer ! How much did I pay for that extended warranty ? Looks like exploding into little pieces is low on the urgent job scale !

Yeah that looks OK :-( I'll fill it up on the way home I guess that will answer the question one way or the other !

Cheers I'm nearly empty and not had the fuel smell for the last couple of days.... I intended to just keep putting a few quids worth in I don't want to risk it going up in smoke I've mailed my local to get it booked in will update as the situation progresses.

Well it looks like it was just a matter of time ! Not seen any fuel outside the car but over past week noticed a very strong smell when I had stopped. No smell in cabin. I have a 6th year warranty supplied by Skoda does anyone know if this will be covered ? wouldn’t have though it would be classed as a consumable ?

Looks like I have this problem…. No fuel on rod yet but it’s hot and strong fuel smell when I park up…

I've had this for a few years have a hunt I have a thread somewhere. Basically whenever we have warm weather they groan like my knees ! Dealer didnt seem concerned and they are still OK.

I'm happy enough with Sport Mode use it if I'm kind of pressing on but feeling a bit lazy. If I'm properly pressing on i'm in manual on the paddle's anyway.

I'm having 2 new PS4's on the front tomorrow after new ones went on the back a few months ago. They are very grippy but wear pretty quickly ... Or maybe thats because they are more grippy Edit to say this is my 2nd set of PS4's

I believe if it needs to be recalibrated ..... It's not cheap ..... Go through insurance ...

I just use the back 12v socket for my rear dashcam and plug it in before every trip I've now done this since the car was new, It's no hassle so if anyone reading this doesn't want to go to the trouble it's always an alternative.

Yeah i've run with the space saver and ACC is disabled.

Do your best for the 280. The thing that really makes it is the 4x4 if you tried it you would not want to go back.
