I had the pleasure of attending one of Sussex's Speed Awareness courses, having been nabbed for 47 in a 40. Most of the other attendees were over 60, and one was absolutely stone deaf, so I doubt she derived much benefit from the presentation :(
It was quite entertaining when we got in the car for the practical side though, when the instructor asked if we had done any advanced driver training, and we both told him we had race licences To be fair to him though, he assessed our driving in the first 15mins, told us he felt perfectly safe in the car whilst we were driving, and we spent the rest of the time working on 'advanced' driving techniques.
