  1. Going back to the OP and his 1.6 derv. Millers do a 507 spec Nanodrive. Well worth giving it a go even though its at a higher price point than other oils. http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-88210-millers-oils-nanodrive-ee-longlife-5w-30-full-synthetic-engine-oil.aspx
  2. We use Millers CFS 5w40 Nanodrive in nearly every car that comes through the workshop. The oil doesn't burn off like the LL 5w30, see far less engine wear, better fuel economy and generally a slight performance gain. As soon as my vRS TSi turns up it will be getting a fast run in, then switched to the Millers. My current vRS runs the Millers 10w50 Nano at 400 bhp. Yes VAG spec that you have to use the 5w30 long life, but that doesn't mean there aren't better oils available for the engines.
  3. Just had an email from the dealer. Build has come forward by 7 weeks! So looking at another 3 weeks until its built. Ordered the 9th March, build week now the 11th April. Might get the Ohlins ordered next week then!
  4. Ordered mine on the 9th March (my birthday!) and they hope it will be ready for June. Seems like so damn far away! Already started collecting parts to fit when it turns up.
  5. Nope. Miles different. Why not buy an exchange APR pump? Around £480 iirc.
  6. IMO yes they are better. Direct fit to the damper mounts on the beam and the thickest bar available at the minute. The Whiteline stuff rusts very fast, and the supplied bushes are not the best quality. I wasnt aware that Eibach did a kit for the Fabia. I cant really comment on the Jabba bar tbh.
  7. There isnt anything listed in the book for the MK2 in a Cup Kit. I will email H&R and find out options.
  8. Standard front bar on the fabia is 18mm iirc. It doesnt have a rear one as standard. The H&R bars are 20mm front and 25mm rear. Remember is also the quality of materials that helps, not going for the thickest bar. The H&R front bar also has a much larger hoop for extra clearance.
  9. I was being a muppet when testing the rear bar on the mk1 vRS. Sy's car came in today to fit the full kit to and the rear bar once again seemed like it was too wide. Some grunts and sweat and it squished enough to get on. So I've edited the above post to state that the rear 25mm bar will fit the mk1 vRS fine.
  10. Brads kindly dropped his MK1 Fabia vRS off today for me to see if the MK2 rear roll bar would fit. Well its a yes. Flipping tight to get on though. The bar is great with it not needing any links to fit it. Less flex. The front bar fits both cars. Sy's vRS is coming in next week for the full kit so I can get some nice pics of them being fitted.
  11. They are some form of rubber with a special lining. H&R say to fit them dry too. I will PM everyone as soon as I get 5 mins.
  12. The Fabia bars turned up today. They seem great with H&R's new satin blue colours. I still need to get a MK1 vRS in so I can test fit the rear. Will try and do that this week on a local car. Couple of pics:
  13. Paypal is cool. £191.22 for the rear roll bar plus postage is correct
  14. These are included in the GB. Retail price is £593.40 GB price is £474.72. I would need to see a picture of the load ratings sticker thats in the engine bay to determine the exact kit needed, but all the prices are the same. Cheers, Alex
  15. I can do paypal, but card is prefered. Shipping to Sweden isnt a problem. Around £40.00 to ship.
  16. They do have a front bar as standard. Not sure on the exact size, but its less than the 20mm H&R version. It it not adjustable.
  17. Hi, yes they do a cup kit which uses a Koni shock iirc, but nothing is listed for the 2011 Fabia. Front ARB's are the same price as just the rears. The H&R coilovers are the Monotube versions which are height adjustable. These retail at £917.40. I can do them for £825.66.
  18. Hi Mate. Working on it. Loads of part numbers to work though on spacer and bolts.
  19. I have a full kit on its way and will upload some pics when it comes in
  20. MK1 Fabia springs are 29409-2. £172.20 retail and £129.15 with the 25% discount. Shipping is extra £10.00
  21. The 29260-1 retails at £210.60. With the discount is £157.95.
  22. I hope I'm right in calling you Tim? My memory is crap. Pop over and I can take you out in the Octavia. Go through the bits that are on it.
