the only reason i would keep the one under the intercooler is to try and keep mud out of the fins, but not much would get up there i think, take them off and just keep checking how dirty it is/isnt just to be sure

i think under bits mean the two plastic crap guards under the two corners of the front bumper, personally i dont think they are needed but i cant see why an mot man would want them
