Changing lights to drive on continental Europe
I think the dealer may have been confused, with Halogen lamps on the Octavia III there is no way to adjust them from RHD to LHD - you just have to stick on headlamp beam deflectors if going on holiday or change the headlamps if emigrating. Other models did have headlamps that could be adjusted via a lever, but that doesn't apply to the Octavia III with Halogen headlamps.

Do you have Halogen or LED headlamps?

Changing lights to drive on continental Europe
When I went to France it was just for a holiday so I fitted stick-on deflectors, but for someone moving permanently to any country that drives on the right then if you have Halogen headlamps you need to replace the whole headlamp assembly. Changing just the bulbs will do nothing to change the aim of the headlamps from RHD to LHD.

Maybe because we're all already using VCP, OBD11 or VCDS?

It's relatively easy to park on a level place with a wall (or similar) in front and set the headlamps to be close to correct, but a headlamp alignment is always advisable.

Mac update problems
See Apple Support for compatibility with macOS 10.15 (Catalina), the 2011 MBP isn't included in that list. Other articles suggest that the 2011 MBP isn't supported by macOS 10.14 (Mojave) either, so it seems macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) is the latest version for a 2011 MBP. Having said that there does appear to be a patch that will allow older macs to install macOS 10.15 (Catalina), see Catalina Patch

FeC cannot be purchased from Skoda, you need someone who can "hack" one for you. HBA I can't help you with, my Octavia has the lowline 20 camera so the coding is totally different.

ACC requires a FeC (Feature Enabling Code) it's not something that can be enabled with VCDS or OBD11 or any other diagnostic tool.

Infotainment system
As SashaGrace asks did whoever retrofitted the Amundsen enable navigation with the correct FeC code? If not, then it won't work.

I doubt you've got an Octavia IV, most likely an Octavia III as the Octavia IV hasn't been shipped to the UK yet (the order book only opened last Tuesday!) - so you've posted in the wrong forum. Having said that, what's the first three characters of the SD card? If it's 5E0 then it's for a MIB1 Amundsen and won't work with your MIB2, you need one with a 5L0 prefix.
